I was in the store a week ago with a big problem of canceled line and change of numbers of a new contract, I spent 3 hours trying to solve it via chat and there seemed to be no solution. I was attended by employee Ryan, he was super patient and attentive and managed to solve my problem. I was very happy and satisfied. Thank you Ryan for the great work!!!!

Definitely one of the best experience I’ve had at a phone store! Normally they try to take all your money and get you to spend as much money as possible. However Chantal was super kind, helpful, and friendly. Made sure I was getting the best deal on my budget, with the lowest price on the best service. I would definitely recommend her if you don’t want to get scammed out all your money!!! Thank you T-Mobile in Gulfport for hiring people like Chantal. She definitely deserves a big bonus and a raise!!! Thank you Chantal ?

This has to be the worst T-Mobile store in the history of T-Mobile stores. The manager Walter (?) is a liar. He lied about a promotion to get us to spend money only to find out that it was not true. You need all new employees. The only good employee is the brown haired guy with the tattoos. I'm sorry I don't remember his name, but he was nice and helpful. Everyone else was so horrendous I switched to AT&T

Sometimes customer service isn't great but my last visit the associate was considerate and helpful. Been there in past and was treated rudely..so she made up for that. Thanks t mobile

I have their internet. Customer was A1. I called before I went and when I got there they already had me ready. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. All I paid for was activation 35 bucks. 50 a month internet no increase in price ever and its super fast.

They have the absolute worst staff at this location! Every time we go, they’re always rude and disrespectful. Today, the woman who helped my aunt told her “you may not expect technology to change but it does”. My aunt asked a simple question and was willing to purchase a new phone if her’s was not able to be fixed.

This is a great location. They were busy when we got there with about 5 people helping customers. They were really knowledgeable and helpful. Very hard working and efficient. They took care of us quickly and resolved our issues perfectly.And T-Mobile is an excellent product.

The sales rep was very accommodating and took care of my outstanding bill. I had autopay but apparently the last bill wasn't taken out automatically and they quickly sent it to collections which I couldn't believe. The 4 star is for the person who took care of my outstanding bill and NOT for the company.
