“Referred to this outfit by GoodYear down the road unable to service our motorhome ( after scheduling us night prior.) The gentlemen at this facility were extremely professional and efficient. The service tech was relentless in finding the source of our leaking tire, resolved it quickly and efficiently. We were there about an hour and had a bill less than $30. Unbelievable! “I had the drivers side front window regulator replaced. Afterwards a warning on the dash indicated that the window needed to be lowered and raised. Returned to Firestone. Vehicle computer reset. The problem returned. Returned to firestone. Problem went away with no explanation. (for a day) Returned to Firestone. It was decided to install an OEM regulator. No problem for over a month. Despite the frequent trips back and forth they handled the problem and got it worked out at no additional cost. I am pleased that they stood behind their work and took care of it.”
“I got a flat while out of town and this was the closest shop to where I was. Brother's replaced my tire in under 10 minutes for half of what i thought it would cost. The tire they gave me has more tread than the tire I blew did.
We didnt even have to leave the car. They were kind and knowledgeable!!”
“This Firestone location may stay backed up a lot, but they have taken great care of our vehicles! I have had the pleasure of getting to know Ms. Dee and Wes. I hate that now Ms. Dee is at the courthouse location, but that is OK. It works better for her, and I'm happy for her. They are both attentive, respectful and you can tell they really care about their customers needs. I would encourage anyone to go to courthouse and ask for Ms. Dee or go to 25th and ask for Wes. They will take care of you and provide excellent customer service!”

“I went in for a brake and tire check up. It was my first time there. Since my husband passed away, this is up to me to handle now. My brakes are at 90% , which is great, tires not so much. I bought 4 new tires (50,000). They rotate every 5,000 miles and fix any tire as part of the service.Everyone was very nice and respectful . I definitely recommend!”
