I was pleased to stop in for gas and find that this location has Caffeine Free Diet Coke as a fountain drink option. Finding any soft drinks that are both caffeine- and sugar-free is rare at convenience stores and truck stops -- even in the coolers. The store also was clean and the employees friendly.

Entrance is a little frustrating at night, pumps need a little update for sure. Food looked kinda okay, you're better off waiting in wendy's line than eating here. Parking lot was a little bit of a mess, and our pump handle was very sticky. I hoped it was from the after affect from sanitizer... but if I'm wrong plus have something on hand to help.

Dirty, filthy...from the front door, to the bathrooms, to the floors, the drink station... I went to order a pizza to go, told the girl I would pick it up in about 45 mins (plenty of time to make one), she fumbled and mumbled something almost incoherent about "the person" went on lunch break. Ok??? So is that a "no, we can't make you one" or "we can make one, but we will need a little longer"...speak up, speak clearly, don't mumble and look confused. Went back in 45 mins, no pizza. We just left and went down to Love's.

Pros Good gas price Cons Dirty Old and in need of renovations They charge $150 pre credit on you card plus the cost of the gas. They says you get that credited back to you. Will not be stopping there ever again because of that.

We have a gas powered RV and always try to stop at Flying J if we can. They have special lines for RV gas fill ups. This one is very nice, easy on easy off the highway.

We travel by RV and stop at almost exclusively Flying J's because of their RV island. We pulled into the Flying J at Gulfport on Wednesday and could barely fit our RV and trailer behind an RV in the island. When we pulled in, the card reader was broken. I walked to the office and was told that unless we had a corporate Flying J credit card, we had to prepay. I have a 90 gallon tank and can't guess. I had to prepay $200 and then pumped less. They promised a refund within a week. PITA I won't stop there again.

Usually the best gas prices on the coast, and in a really great location to fuel up before a long trip by I-10 or HWY-90.

Flying J Travel Plaza is not only one of the largest rest stops with a huge selection of grab and go food, but also the perfect half-way point between Pensacola, FL and New Orleans, LA that offers affordable gas. Additionally, the restrooms are large, spacious, and clean bathrooms- a definite plus!

Clean, safe place to use the restroom and grab a snack. A 24/7 Denny's is also attached.

It's nice that this place has a shower, but that's if you really need to take a shower and "number 2". And of course, you have to pay. When I was there, I didn't see any toilet. At least, not in the men's restroom. Maybe there's one in the women's one. So again, if you really need to take a shower, this is the place. Otherwise, there are plenty of rest stops on I-10.

This review is for restaurant. Dennys. Service sucks, all the waitresses crowd around the kitchen and yell at each other. I seen several patrons leave after sitting for over 10min and not one waitress offered coffee or menu.

Wow that was some good pizza! Big truck stop, good parking lot, DEF at all pumps. Didn't give it five stars because they still allow smoking in the building and it stunk. The bathrooms in the back by the TV room were also not the cleanest. Showers were a little on the small side, but clean. All in all not a bad place to stop for the night and grab a hot shower.

Cheap gas, conveniently located for any road trips from my home in New Orleans to a mini vacation in the Biloxi-Gulfport area. They changed it a little since the last time I was there. Now there is a Denny's, and instead of having the Pepperoni's Pizza shop in the back, they sell slices up front by the cash register. It's still delicious. And cheap. Two huge slices for $5. There really isn't any big draw to the Flying J, except for the cheap gas and cheap eats. I guess maybe truck drivers would be more appreciative since they (I think) have showers and whatnot available. For me, it's just a great place to stop during a trip.
