Stopped in to get a key made. Tried using the kiosks at a different store and after getting three keys that didn't work decided to give ace a try. The employees were great, they cut the keys very accurately and it was cheaper than using the kiosk.

The customer service here is unmatched. You walk in and are immediately greeted. I was offered a helping hand to find what I was looking for and informed of some of the good sales they have going on which I got something out of that I needed and completely had forgotten about. The people that work here are SO nice and accommodating… you can tell it’s genuine. I truly have never received such care like this anywhere I have shopped; customers are priority. I have been thinking about how wonderful my experience was all evening and felt compelled to share this with everyone. They have gained a forever customer and I will have them as a top recommendation to friends and family.

Very friendly and helpful. I tried at Lowes and Home Depot to get the hardware I needed. Neither store offered any help at all. I will be going only to True. Value for all of my hardware needs.

Scheduled for all night cooking in forecast near freezing temperatures, my friends at Pass Road True Value had exactly what I needed to keep the chill off. The store owners and staff at this store are simply the best. They are always incredibly helpful when I visit the store, assisting me when questions about projects come up.
