The agent couldn't even explain or give me a reason as to why they had my package in on May 30th and it still hasn't been delivered too my house

I don't think I've ever had anything come from usps on time. Constant delays, too lazy to bring a package upstairs, zero updates ever, and rude employees.

Ran into a rude clerk who brushed me off on a question for certified mail. Got back into line and luckily ran into a better clerk otherwise would've had to go to a different location
