We just switched to Verizon, and Tyler was amazing! Not only was he extremely kind and knowledgeable, but he went above and beyond to help us with any issues we were having with our new phones, as well as answering all our questions as new customers. He made us feel so welcome. We are so glad we switched!

If I’m posting a review, it either means someone done messed up, or did above and beyond. First off let’s take a moment to recognize all customers service employees during the holidays— especially the ones who don’t get to tell unruly, disrespectful, lying, and condescending customers to stick it. They are severely under-paid and over worked (retired now, but worked in the business). But ya’ll aren’t here for my ramble of miserable Karen’s/Kens.I’ve been a loyal customer of Verison for a couple years (since Nam). I’ve have wonderful experiences with people there like Mike and Brooke. Both had always been so helpful, caring, respectful, and knowledgeable. You don’t see that type of worth ethic anymore. I don’t go to any store except that one because of the workers. Keep doing what you all do best!

We worked with Thomas, who was very professional, helpful, and friendly. He explained everything clearly so it made sense and listened to our concerns and questions about the plan changes. I really appreciate how he went above and beyond to help us!

I was displaced from New Orleans after Hurricane Ida and wanted to purchase a hot spot before returning to no cable service. The manager Mike answered the phone 45 minutes before the store opened and put 1 of 2 hotspots aside for me. When I arrived he walked me through how to use the device and the plans. Competent customer service still exists!

Switched companies about two weeks ago and got new phones! Service has been great in regards of cellular and customer. My wife’s phone was not able to make calls, and we could not figure out. So, our sales rep, Daniel, did everything he could to make it as easy as possible for her stuff to work out. Daniel and Cellular sales is fantastic.

I went in to upgrade my phone. Brooke was absolutely amazing! She helped me with everything I needed. I even had my son with me and he is VERY wild and she helped keep him busy while I was looking at phones. She will definitely always be my Verizon go-to person!

My husband and I upgraded to new phones today which usually is an experience I dread - like buying a car. However, we had such a great experience today that I look forward to the next time. Brooke was absolutely fabulous! Respectful, professional, knowledgeable, diligent - the list goes on and on. She really cares for her customers and takes the time to make sure they are happy before they leave. What a treat to receive such excellent service! I feel spoiled. Thank you, Brooke! You're the best!
