“I love Dr Byrd and Dr Peterman. They are both so caring and considerate.
Dr Byrd was at my place this morning for an emergency. My horse was down and it was bad.
Even though he was booked solid for the morning, he was able to come to my place and did what he could for her. He didn’t seem to rush and did what needed to be done, taking time to be sure she was comfortable until the end. And still thought enough to comfort me.
It don’t get much better than that, folks! They seem to care about our critters as much as we do!”
“HAPPY VET TECH WEEK FAMILY!! I can give an honest 5 star review because I had the privilege of working alongside everyone. I learned so much from Dr Gaddy and the whole staff. They really do care. About everyone! Each staff member really is patient focused and cares about the wellbeing of each pet as an individual. I only left because I moved back to my hometown but I am forever grateful I met and worked with such an awesome hospital. I miss yall!!! ❤️❤️”

“Chell Saunders DVM is by far the best vet I have ever used over the years. She cares for my dogs which are really family members, as well as their owners. She cares greatly and is very professional. She is gentle with my huge German Shepherds, which are both spoiled babies to us even if not to all. I highly recommend her especially if your dogs are not good with traveling to the vets, she can come to you and that has been a Godsend.”

“Dr Broome is an amazing vet who cares deeply about the humans and furry critters who come to her. She is one of the best of the best in my book. One of the hardest things I have ever had to do was make a decision about whether to amputate my beloved Xander's leg which probably would have been fruitless and his bone cancer was very likely to come back even if his leg was amputated. May no one ever have to make that decision again :( but if I do, I hope that Dr. Broome is there to help me make it.”

One cat is 19, I have one that is two years old, and I have one that is three months old. “I like the fact that I feel safe for my pet by having Banfield, but I find that the price is a little high for the service. I recently cancelled my subscription but then within the same month started it again and they acted like I was a brand new customer that they had never seen before. It was only about 12 days from the cancellation to restart. When I brought my dog in I requested that they trim his nails and the trimming was done so poorly that I had to go home and complete the task. While there I was asked about his teeth cleaning and I said no because he had just had them done about 6 months before and yet they called me shortly after on the phone to tell me that they thought he needed a dental cleaning. (this was not the same person that I had talked to earlier). Although I think that they are pricey I still like the convenience of not having to find another vet, and I really would like to have the treatment that I pay extra for instead of paying and then having to complete it myself”

“This was our 1st visit and everything went great. Upon arrival we noticed the cleanliness of waiting area. With in a few minutes a tech brought to an exam room. It was very clean as well. Dr. King listened to our concerns and explained in detail what her recommendations are. After running some tests she returned and explained the findings. Dr. King and her tech were very professional and extremely considerate with our pet. We will make this vet office our main stop for all our pets needs. Great place to go.”
