This location doesn't even deserve a one star. There is never enough help to service all the business this location has. Do not use this location if you expect your scripts to be filled as promised.

so we switched pharmacy because insurance. so we were told goodrx. so we switched showed the girl the goodrx it said $21.45 she typed it in then we had to wait for 2 hrs for his meds. then she tells us is $110. Now his pills can't be switched and she knew when she typed it in and didn't tell us. good rx doesn't say not good if company switches. so should of been a guaranteed price. so now it's filled for the wrong price. we can't switch it to the Walgreens that is across the street that takes the goodrx and price. instead of owning up to her mistakes she wants to throw him out. and the manager doesn't even come over so he can tell her what she did and now his hands our tied because we didn't have the 110 that's the whole reason we told her we switched pharmacies. because the little pharmacy can't take it she says and we don't blame them we loved our pharmacy and never had to wait 2 hrs for meds. so they get someone else to wait on him but it doesn't fix the problem she created by not telling him the code says 110 not $21. now next month we have to switch to a different Walgreens because they stopped going through cheap manufactures brands of medicine.(so now they don't do generic she says) so beware of some Walgreens pharmacies because now they won't take the cheap good rx and supposedly just happened. the pharmacist didn't even let him know they don't carry generic anymore when we told her why we had to switch and he did the generic. not one time did she say before I fill this the 21 isn't showing and we don't have generic. worst pharmacy I have ever been too. now I know why we use a mom and pops pharmacies because they care and would of done everything to get the price listed.

This location stays open 24/7. Unlike the Walgreens location on Pass Road, I was able to obtain a flu shot that wasn't nearly so painful as the one that Steve, the pharmacist on Pass Road, had given me the year before, so I will come here any day before he will ever administer another flu shot to me. Also, at this location, there are more gifts offered than the Walgreens in Gulfport. Highly recommend!

Worst pharmacy ever! Dropped off a prescription at 8am and was told it would be ready by 10. Tried calling all afternoon to find out if it was ready nobody would answer the phone. Tried at least 6 calls. At 5:30 pm the drive thru was packed and when I went inside the line was 12 people long. When I finally got to the counter I found out my prescription still was not ready! Worst customer service ever!

I recently moved my family to the Gulfport/Biloxi area, and this Walgreens north of I-10 off of Hwy 49 Will be the pharmacy I use from here forward. My doctor had post dated a few months worth of medication for me until my employment insurance kicks in, and Walgreens is the only pharmacy, the only one in the area that will accept out-of-state prescriptions. They called my doctor to confirm the prescription and receive authorization to fill and had it filled for me within 10 minutes.

If you were out of state, relocating for work, or simply traveling on vacation and do not use any of the local pharmacy chains as they will turn around and tell you that they cannot fill it because it is an out-of-state prescription, at least that is what all of them told me. It sucks, because I enjoy contributing and giving to the local community in anyway I can this being one of them, but unfortunately they would not accept me. Maybe one day the laws will be a little bit different to where there is transparency between big-name medical and small hometown pharmacies
