They need to replace all their drivers. Package has been on the truck for 2 days. I guess you have to go up there to get packages you pay alot of money for.

Managers need to be fired from this office. FedEx in Hattiesburg is an embarrassment now. You’ll get your packages whenever they feel like it and God forbid you try to contact their useless customer service in India.

Have been told since Friday that my 3 packages are out for delivery. Guess what, none have been delivered and it’s been over 4 days! Have called repeatedly and am told they are out for delivery. Now it’s showing that they will be delivered by 12:00 a. m.
