Went in today to purchase a few things. Was sent over to the Non-working Self check out. Tried it twice and it didn't work.. I tried to tell the woman working there and she just looked at me. I said I need to check out! she just looked at me. I finally left and went to Advanced across the street and bought the same stuff in less time that it took to check out self check. I called back and told the manager that if I had to check myself out at an auto parts store, I would go somewhere else and won't be back. Recommendations: (1) Do your job and check out your customers, (2) Learn customer service and help your customers, or they won't be customers long. (3) either put working equipment in or just forget it and do your job. (4) don't hire LAZY employees for Saturday, your busiest day of the week!
