Basically you can just drop stuff off you already have to have your own label and your own envelope in your your own FedEx box and the regular cashier was a Walgreens cashier, and didn't know anyting.

Fed Ex plays an important part in our lives because they bring to our door my medicine on hom to trae my husband's Chemo medicine.Due to a recent ice storm, in Feb. My husband's medication was a week late in arriving. It was sent out on a 2 day delivery. Being late like that, was a dangerous problem for.mu husband who had Stage 4 Cancer and is already in his bones.He was in bed with the dresded Covid and being delayed in receiving it a little over a week late. Necessitated thst he have s load dose of 3 pills st one time.This was a most difficult time for him.Brring nausated with the thought.of foodAnd having to take it on and emptu stomach. Really.made him ill.I know that the Fed Ex drivers couldn't hsve gotten it here on time during the ice storm and huge pile ups on the InterstateSystems.I think that management , should have trackiy down to lesrn it's location for him. Rsther thsn giving him the tracking system number to track it.I ferl like management could hsve doneBettrr in this inciden.The driver preformed hid job beautiful.fo thst.
