Very slow, unprofessional and communication is terrible. Had my truck for over 2 months saying that they had broken it down it was in the bay that they are waiting on the ajustor to come. This was told every week for 2 months until I decided to just pop up. Pop up over there my truck was in the same spot I left it in hadn't anything been done to it only for the manager to come out and try to tell me that the adjustor would be out the next day. The same lie they been telling. Just give me my keys!! I wouldn't recommend anyone to EVER EVER take their vehicle here.

I GIVE ZERO STARS!!!! MY FRIEND TOOK HER VEHICLE HERE AND THEY MESSED IT UP WAY WORSE THAN HOW IT WAS TO BEGIN WITH! ALL THEY HAD TO DO IS FIX ONE THING AND THEY TORE OTHER EXPENSIVE STUFF UP IN THE PROCESS AND STILL CHARGED AN ARM AND A LEG! SHE ENDED UP HAVING TO TAKE IT TO THE DEALERSHIP TO GET FIXED! NOW SHE IS HAVING TO COME OUT OF POCKET MORE MONEY BECAUSE OF THEIR SCREW UPS! DONT RECCOMEND!!

I had to take my Yukon here for Transmission issues. Him and his wife was completely understanding about my time and instead of being like most mechanic shops he took the time to find a place that was able to get me in and out in a faster time. He was down two employees and knew getting the parts would take some extra time as well. He could of been like most places and never suggested another place, instead he picked up the phone and called a different shop and told them the issue. I highly recommend Vince Automotive, they are understanding and extremely helpful. I appreciate the time him and his wife took out of there day to help me. Even though they were not getting paid for a service they still wanted to make sure they did what was best for me. They look out for their customers, not just focused on their pocket book. I appreciate everything him and his wife did.

On the road an had a/c problems. These guys are honest, fair and there was no way I could have gotten better service. Had auto dealership look at my a/c and they wanted $1800.00 to repair. These guys fixed me up and had me on the road within an hour at a cost of $40.00Certainly make our trip much more enjoyable.Service: Air conditioning
