I had to replace my battery that no one told me about but the battery booster was left in my truck along with a phone e charger left under my hood, mt truck had two different headlights in it and I had to go and get my led bulbs out of my old headlight and swap them out myself and my doors shut right, the body work is good and the paint my steps were put back on correctly and my window vents, but my truck will not go back ever and I'll take it somewhere else to get my doors adjusted, my first experience with them last year was great but this time was not at all.

Advanced Collision did an excellent job repairing my wife’s Tahoe! They worked directly with our insurance and made the whole process smooth and quick. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

This place is trash. The Rick guy was junk. He loved criticizing my insurance company, while it took them over a month to fix a minimal repair without paint work. I had to take the vehicle back to them because they put junk parts on and they were not properly aligned. My insurance company had to call him over these repairs. I guess they pick and choose who they give good work to.

I had a great experience with this shop. I had MAJOR damage, and they made it look like it never happened. The only hiccup was out of their control completely. We waited on a sensor from Japan, but they kept me updated frequently. I actually came here to share the name of the shop and location with someone who recently had an accident, and I noticed some not so great reviews from many years ago, so I wanted to share my experience. These guys are top notch! I definitely recommend!

This place was a breath of fresh air in the body shop business. Normally, this is something I hate doing due to frustration with who you deal with. Keith & Michael made it stress free. I couldn't ask for nicer people. They actually care about you and your vehicle.
If needed, I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Somebody swiped the side of my 2023 Nissan Altima and I took it to Advanced Collision to get it repaired after getting local estimates in the Memphis area. The body shop was recommended to me by the local Nissan Dealership Service Center in Southaven from where I had bought my car and I was very pleased with the work they did to my car. They buffed out all the scratches and marks on the side of the front and side bumper and replaced the mirror. It looked like I had just got the car again off of the car lot. Keith was very helpful in the front office with the estimate and did a good job on the price for being it was a brand new car and new model for 2023. The team in the body shop did a fantastic job with their work on the car. Everybody was helpful from my first phone call down there to the end process. Thank you and it was worth the drive from Memphis to Hernando for the quality of work that was performed on my car. I highly recommend Advanced Collision.

Took over two months to get my truck back and when I received it my back seats where flipped up to where they transported items that was filthy leaving a lot of dirt on the carpet as if they used my truck for unauthorized reasons. My rear tire was flat where I found three nails in it and a plug where they tried to plug it (1 plug but 3 nails). One flood light missing with a promise to replace it but never happened. There were other things that I was unhappy with, but too many to list here.

They were Very Helpful To My Mom They Were Straight and Good At There Work.I Had work Done All The Body Shops in Hernando I Would say There Lot Better Than All Them.The Worse One I Have Use in Hernando Was Benchmark A Guy Name Richard Borrow Painted My Front Bumper He Over Charge Me Then The Was Peeling off My Bumper I went Back To Him He Blame Me So If Want Good Quality Work And Good Deal Go Advanced Collision.

Very nice and helpful, I spoke with Ricky. He took photos and said this would be a hard piece of glass to repair and if the dealership did not want to repair the damage under the bumper to bumper warranty they would gladly help. Dealership is going to fix but, this guy stayed past quitting time to assess the damage, I recommend for glass repair or replacement.

I've been trying for months to get my car fixed. Zero follow up on scheduling and when I call they can get to it the next month. Terrible customer service. Zero stars in my book.

Went there with a long deep scratch on my door. Staff came out and looked at it and took care of it right there. Looks like new! Great service and excellent staff!
