The staff at this location are incredibly rude, unprofessional, and not willing to help. Go across town if you bank with them or switch banks entirely.

The branch manager Kathy is so unprofessional at this location. She is unwilling to go the extra mile for any customers. She is rude and not friendly. I would highly recommend not using this location or this bank for that matter
