Benchmark got our car in quickly. They worked hard to get my insurance company to cover the needed repairs. They did great work on our Acura and it looked better after the wreck than before! I highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience with Benchmark. We’ve used them in the past and this time was the same fantastic workmanship and customer service. They communicated with the at-fault insurance company and insisted on parts that were up to standard. We waited for three weeks to be sure to use them and don’t regret anything. They are the best!

My dad had a paint touch-up done on his Toyota Tundra and couldn’t be happier with the results. The staff was extremely professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. I went here to repair my truck from an accident. After my first visit with Ryan and Sam I knew I found the right place. Ryan did a fantastic job on the repair and paint and it was a very professional done. I also can’t say enough about Sam, she had to work with the insurance company to make sure I got my truck repaired. I was always updated on the progress, and she explained in detail of the process of repairs. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I only gave this amazing business a 5 because 10 wasn't an option. They came highly recommended and definitely didn't disappoint. They are very thorough and explained different options for your repair if possible. I had gone to another business who said my only option was to replace door panel. That definitely wasn't necessary and Benchmark proved that. Great communication the entire process and quick turn around. Entire staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. My car looks like new!

I recently used Benchmark for the second time this year! Late in December, a deer ran out in front of me and in June I got rear ended in Nashville, Tennessee. Taking your car to a body shop is not something you look forward to, but after my first experience with them in January, I knew that there was no place else that I would use! Everyone I dealt with there was so friendly and made the process as easy as possible. I truly felt like they had my best interest at heart and they battled things out with the insurance company when they felt that aftermarket parts were not the best choice for me. Both times my car was in the shop, I got updates on the progress of the repair job just like you do when a beloved family member is in surgery. When I picked my car up this week, it looked better than it did when I bought it used three years ago. They are absolutely top-notch!
