This has to be one of the worst shops in Hernando MS. They are very unprofessional and unorganized. They'll tell you one thing on the one and another when you get there also you'll never get to speak to or see one of the owners. The front counter employees always have some excuse as to why you can't speak to them directly. The only reason why I gave them one star is because I could not give them any stars to be able to leave a review. " I Do Not Recommend" this shop for any service if you value your money, time, or sanity. The only person I could give a compliment to was a young black guy who went and got my friend's vehicle out of the back. He was friendly and respectful and I hope he finds another shop to work at because he in my opinion deserves to be at a better place than that. Also due to the lack of respect for our time, money, gas, and inconvenience, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Had a UHaul reservation for a week in advance. Wasted an hour and left without a trailer after they fiddled on computer and waited on customers who arrived after me. Finally left and went to the closest alternative where I had a trailer and was on the road in 15 minutes.
Wouldn't go to Craigen's again EVER!!!

They have had my vehicle for a solid month now and it still is not fixed. They gave it back to me after having it for 15 days, and it immediately overheated again as soon as I drove it. They towed it back to their shop, and have had it ever since. Today is day 27. It was supposed to be done yesterday, and they keep coming up with excuses why it isn't done. Today they said they are charging it back up and can't give it to me because they need to test drive it. Something is majorly off, and they won't admit that they have done something to my vehicle. I have gone a month without transportation now and have no idea when I'll be getting my car back. Worst experience EVER with an automotive shop and I will never, ever use them again.

I needed to have my vehicle towed to the dealership. Jonathan with Craigen's was the driver. He was friendly, professional, and definitely knew what he was doing. He was also very careful as he hauled my vehicle to the dealership (slow over bumps, and avoided pot holes and dips . . . Which is hard to do in Memphis! ). Thanks Jonathan and Craigen's!

I would not take any car to these people Greg will lie to ya when they break or mess up something they don't say nothing the mechanics that worked on my truck suck .I don't mind paying when the work is done ..I will never never go there and anybody I know/ my church already knows we have prayed about this and the way Greg talked to people. I have filed a complaint against them in court that should be coming up....

This was the orchestration and work of my Heavenly Father!Initially, Craigen's was only supposed to move my vehicle from shop #1 to shop #2 because the 1st AAA driver took it to the wrong place. I called shop #2 to let them know my vehicle was on the way due to a AAA error. I was THEN told they didn't do the work I needed. At that time, Savanah from Craigen's called to confirm the move. I was in a full face of tears because i was thoroughly confused. I explained what just happened and asked if she know of anyone who could fix my truck. She had such a peaceful demeanor and that was very calming. She placed me on hold and Joshua picked up the phone and gently asked me to explain the issue. I did and he was confident that they could take care of me. The entire experience was so overwhelming for me but the staff at Craigen's gave me so much peace. Johnathan was the tow truck driver who called me to let me know that he had picked up my truck and then called me back to let me know that it had been safely delivered to their shop. That was great news!! I talked back to Joshua after a confirmed diagnosis and we got the ball rolling. He was so patient with me and that was very important. They got my motor replaced, it cost me an arm and a leg (not their fault...lol) and provided A1 AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you Joshua, Savanah and Johnathan!!!
