Employees stole my package after FedEx delivery. Also the store always have a store closed sign on the front door with the store doors locked. Someone can be seen inside but they never open up. This location is terrible.

I used to like this store but they never stock the shelves, and there are always carts and boxes blocking the isles. There seem to be a lot of complaints and nothing has been done and seems like nobody cares.

Ashley the store manager is completely rude . Laughed about a serious issue I had and said basically it isn't her problem. Fedex drop off what a joke. The employees took my package did not give it to fedex but refused to return it. So basically they stole 200$ worth of merchandise from a single mom of four kids depending on those items to get from point a to point b so I can get paid. Waiting for coorparate to contact me back.

Store is understocked and visably filthy. Store manager ashley is rude. Employees refuse to acknowledge customers or provide any type of assistance. Was repeatedly hung up on by Store associates and store manager when contacted about the issue. The health department should be contacted before someone contracts a disease from mouse droppings.

My sister went in to drop off an item to be shipped since this is a fedex drop off site and they took her package never gave it to fedex and refused to return it. The store manager made a joke of the situation as I saw fwd text messages between her and the store manager ashley. My sister is a single mother of 4 kids and does consignment for extra income. She has now lost 200$ in product and will not be paid by mercari as it states the package was never shipped. When you search the tracking number it shows it was scanned in. Sketchy store.

Employees like to steal fedex packages instead of turn them into fedex. DO NOT DROP OFF FEDEX ITEMS HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO DISSAPEAR.

Previous to this visit, probably 2yrs ago, this store was chaos! It was like going thru a maze just to walk thru the store! I quit going! I decided to try again and WOW!! THE PLACE HAD COMPLETELY TURNED AROUND! it was clean and organized, shelves were stocked neatly! I was very impressed. The staff was very friendly, too.I'LL BE BACK!!

I have been in the store a few times and it never has any inventory. This time they even had water on the floor as seen in one of the pictures The only reason why I gave it to stars It’s because the cashier today was very sweet and chipper

There is a sign on the friggin door that says "open Mon-Sun 8am-9pm, and it is 8:49,and the door is still locked. This is usually a decent store, but this is ridiculous. They won't answer the phone.

Store had several employees standing around while there was a super long line of customers waiting to check out. Cashier was amazingly friendly but the other employees didn't seem to care or want to assist.
