Very rude. Horrible nasty store. Never open with signs on the door saying closed. Always out of stuff on everything. Drive on down the road to Hernando.

This has to be the most unprofessional store I have ever shopped at. The sales have to be down and I wonder if corporate even cares. DG you have a great concept here!! BUT the most important part is missing!! CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The employees are rude and clueless and obviously could care less!! The store is always empty with the real stuff that you cane in for ..The Isle are full of stuff.you can't use..AND NOW the MILK IS SPOILED!! I tried to exchange a gallon that showed 3 days left on it but was denied because I did not have the receipt. I GET IT!! BUT please, who saves a receipt from 5 days ago?? I have better things to do than scam you out of 3.00 of the spolied milk that I purchased. .REALLY I just wanted an exchange. and they knlow I shop hete often!! They could care less..NO compromise, no apologies, no training!! SO MY ADVICE, Don't buy the milk from their dirty coolers and save your receipt!! As a retired retail supervisor I should of known better. To bad you have a great store in a fantastic town that sucks!! Corporate needs to wake up!!

Went to the store at 3pm on a Wednesday afternoon only to find the doors were locked. Not going to visit this location again.

The moral of this store has went DOWN! Its hardly ever stocked, low staffing (but with the pandemic, I will grace this reason), and I have purchased food that has expired (not realizing until I've gotten home). I really hope that things get better for this location soon because it once was one of the best
