If I could negative stars I would. First off their policy is once you’re a month late they’ll lock your unit which is reasonable except I was only TWO DAYS late when I went up there to get a couple things and to pay on my lot just to find out that my code for the gate wouldn’t work. However a worker showed up and opened the gate (didn’t get out of her car or anything just opened it remotely for me) so once I get to my lot this woman (Lori I think that’s her name) came up asking for the owner of the lot and continued to say that we couldn’t leave and couldn’t get anything out of the lot. Which I understand the not taking stuff but the threat of holding us there against our will was completely unacceptable, unheard of, and most of all illegal on so many levels. Also this should’ve never even happened seeing how I was keeping in touch with one of their employees through emails letting them know I was coming up there to make a payment. So unless you want a situation like this to happen to you and not to mention have your stuff riddled with mold and water damage don’t go here!!!!!

Helped a friend move some stuff in. Seems like a decent place, I gave it 4 stars because it's very dark at night, hard to see when backing a trailer at night time.

Storage leaked, after reporting it, it was still not fixed, my furniture was wet and everything started ro mold.

Not a secure facility by any means. I had a trailer stolen. A relative notified me it was stolen, when I went to check on my inside unit, I found the gate locked open and no staff onsite.

The receptionist Lorie in hernando is so helpful! Great attitude and very knowledgeable.

The one in Hernando is always. A broke gate the gate is always open. People can go in cut your lock and steal your belongings. The people that work there are nice but it's run a little rickety

I had everything I own in one of their storage buildings. Within 2 weeks someone tried to break in it and the camera that is on that side doesn't work. They advertise as secure. Nope. My stuff was in there less than 3 months and I have over $6000 worth of stuff ruined from mildew and mold. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.
