The staff was very friendly and Chico's tech was professional, kind and helped his fear. The veterinarian was wonderful. She dealt with his ear infection and informed me about what kind of infection he had and how she was treating the infection. I was very happy with the care we received.

Hernando has a lot of wonderful vets, but here at Hernando Animal Clinic, you will receive by far some of the best one on one care and education from their staff. As a former tech, I couldn't be more judgemental and picky about where and with whom, I trust with my pet's lives and care. I have ALWAYS received top notch care here and they always keep me involved and informed with knowing just exactly what is going on with my furr kids. So now being honest, sometimes it is pricey. However, to me, it's like the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Here, you're no doubt getting the best care possible. Now, personally my routine care and RX products can be found cheaper at other places SOMETIMES, but they're never that much over the normal of everywhere else. Plus if you find an RX cheaper elsewhere or just conveniently closer for you to fill at, they have never had any problem just writing my script to fill elsewhere. I usually do still end up filling with them anyways though, because if you sign up for their online email alerts it's worth it. I have received several coupons and deals on products I use. It's also so convenient to order everyday type products, and even fill and refill meds, shampoos or even RX food in their online pharmacy. Saving you a trip to the vet if you aren't close by. I had meds delivered to my front door for the same price and less hassle than driving across the county. As far as hands on care goes, it's unmatched. If the before pictures of my pittie after a dog attack weren't so gruesome, I would post the before and after. It is that amazing. Dr. Bailey and her tech Jordan did a MAGNIFICENT job on my pittie's ear. We thought she would completely lose it. Not only did Dr. Bailey manage to save it, it looks almost like it never happened. My girl can even move it just the same as before. Dr. Bailey and Jordan took the upmost care of my girl and I could not be more grateful. They have also saved my MIL, THOUSANDS with Nares surgeries on her Frenchies. My MIL was referred to "specialists" in Memphis whose costs seemed outrageous to me. So I convinced them to get a second opinion from Hernando Animal Clinic. They were able to save so much money, get in sooner and the amount of care taken with the cosmetic portion of the nares, they now also have Frenchies who have beautifully done noses!! I can't recommend all the Dr's and staff here at Hernando Animal Clinic enough. 5 stars wasn't enough for me. You won't be disappointed in the level of care given here!

I took my very sick daughter in and it turned out that she needed immediate emergency surgery. Dr Poling and staff saved her life on one of the worst days of my life. They are the most caring and compassionate people I have ever dealt with. They care more about the patient than how much money they can make like the clinic I had been going to. Michelle texted me the next day to see if I had any questions or concerns. No clinic has ever done that before. I don’t know the names of anyone else but thanks to everyone there. The best clinic ever.

They took great care of my large cranky kitty cat. When we forgot our cat carrier and I had my kiddos with me (one who I had to hold) at pick up, they let me borrow a carrier to get him home while he was loopy and potentially dangerous. They were great to follow up and check on his healing post-surgery. Oh and it was affordable too! They explained everything thoroughly! Even the billing! Thanks yall

Dr. Ryan and his assistant were very knowledgeable about rabbitts. He answered all of my questions. He was polite, kind, and patient. Front desk staff were nice too.

I recently took my new Yorkie puppy to HAC, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, putting both me and my puppy at ease. The veterinarian was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to answer all my questions and provide helpful tips! The best part? Their prices are very affordable, which is a huge relief. I left the clinic feeling confident that my puppy is in great hands. I highly recommend HAC to anyone looking for top-notch care for their furry friend!
