Told me that they could not sale turning wrenches for Carburetor that it was illegal. Lol. Ordered it on line from Amazon win I got home. Was going to by a Couple Chainsaws from them but not after that Blatant lie. Why wouldn't you just Say we don't have it.

Took my husqvarna up there knew it needed a governor. They had it over a year and continue to prolong date after date saying part never came in. Finally went and got my mower and they can’t find the key. The hood won’t even open because it was installed wrong. I have parts missing on my plastic side guards, my seat now has a crack in, and they couldn’t find the key. There are plenty of other small engine shops around take it from me and avoid this one.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences from these people. Waylon is top notch and just all-around good person. Very fair and has always communicated above and beyond. I’ve ran Gravely’s for the past eight years, but he will be the sole reason as to why I switch over to bad boy. Dealer support is and always will be the main issue. And because of that, I would recommend Hernando Equipment to anyone.

Hernando Equipment is the place to go for mom and pop hometown service. They carry Stihl weed eaters and blowers and Bad Boy zero turn mowers. They also have Kohler generators. They carry a great selection of models and always seem to have plenty in stock. They also have a great supply of parts and a reliable service department. The management is helpful and friendly.

I bought a blower one day ago and they will not return it because it has "scrapes" it was literally used for 10 minutes and is perfect not A thing wrong with it . I had heard the bad stories from many of others but ignored. needless to say they will never get my business again and I do not recommend to anyone. Was gonna come back to but the 800 ce magnum blower but they lost that sell.
