7-7-25 Finally left this storage place after they went up for the 3rd time in a year and a half. Paying over $250 for a 10x20. Kept complaining about the 85 degree heat in the units. This is a climate control unit. It shouldn’t be this hot. In the winter it’s extremely cold. I’ve told them several times I worried my clothing for sale would be destroyed at these extreme temperatures but they never fixed the issue. They left a nice notation at the end of my review but refused to fix the issues. I ended up getting TWO climate control units for less than I’m paying here. And they keep the temperature nice. Also, saw roaches the last 6 months. When I left they didn’t look at my unit. She said to leave it empty. So I’m posting pictures here.

Please see updated review below my older review below: I have a large climate control storage here. Each time I come up to get something out I see roaches and recluse spiders in the hallways and bathroom areas. There’s also metal mice catchers by doors but they’re all open with no bait??. One rat-mice bait station is right next to a side exit door with a large gap underneath the door. Can you fix these issues? I have things I don’t want destroyed by rats. On several occasions the front exit door has been open at night where anyone can get in as well.
UPDATE 8-10-24 exit doors and side doors are still wide open for thieves. They’re open every single time I’m there. Anyone can just walk in the exit door and break in inside units. No improvement to the spaces under side doors. Mice rats and roaches can easily fit through. Open traps disguised as pest control. Moving to a more secure place. I don’t suggest anyone get a storage unit here if you have valuable items that need climate control. Owner: You didn’t seem to take it serious enough in your reply. Nothing has been done months later after initial review.

This was my first experience with storage and it couldn't have been easier. The office employee carefully explained the entire process and costs to me, the unit was clean and easy to access. I'd recommend this company to anyone.
