While some technicians may not always provide exceptional customer service, the atmosphere and attention to detail from staff like Van can make up for it. I had a trying week when I went into the Spa,but due to the atmosphere and the attention to detail by Van, and the courtesy of the other staff, I left feeling so much better !! Not to mention the excellent manicure and pedicure!
