The pharmacy manager Lindsay was a total shrew to my elderly mother. She was steadily smacking her food while yelling at my mother who told her several times she was not hard of hearing. This woman got aggravated because my mother questioned the $5000.00 price of antibiotics the young clerk could not explain. This loud mouthed uncouth pharmacy manager made certain we will never shop here again. Abuse of the sick and elderly are the lowest of life forms. This woman clearly needs anger management among other things.

I have been going here for many years! The employee's are very professional! Even when they are busy they still smile and go beyond to help with any and all questions.. I'm on disability when I have to pay for certain medications the employee's helps with finding a good RX to help me to be able to pay for my medication.. I can't say enough about the pharmacy .

No problems recently but wanted to share a past experience. I went on Medicare 3 yrs ago and started using Kroger. I also had the $35 per year Kroger RX card. Every time I picked up an RX I was being charged and Everytime I asked if they were using both Medicare and the Rx card with no reasonable explanation. To make a long story short, Kroger had been using the Rx card instead of my insurance which all of the meds should have been no charge. When I confronted them, the pharmacist and tech lied to my face about it. The tech was rude and exasperated which is no excuse. I worked at Fred's pharmacy for 3 years also. After getting a printout it was obvious. I suggest everyone get one each year and confirm with your insurance company. I was overcharged at least $200 because of their incompetence (or possibly fraud) and then treated like crap when I discovered it. Check with your insurance not Kroger unless you want to get ripped off.

This pharmacy gave my Mom different blood pressure medicine and she’s elderly and took them. Something terrible could have happened to her. This goes to show who you hire in your pharmacy! U people need to pay more attention to what your doing! And hiring teens at that. And No she will never use this pharmacy again! You should be ashamed. Do better! I pray this comment helps someone to pay attention to what’s going on here.

The staff here have been very kind and take time to talk with you on the phone when the other big chain pharmacy I was using made me feel rushed and an inconvenience.

There are some truly outstanding employees at this pharmacy. They are hard-working and seem to want to help the customers as quickly as they can. The pharmacy's computer software can be a hot mess, though. Be sure to check - always - your labels before you leave the pharmacy. Some of the employees are not receptive to questions or concerns expressed about the computer software's errors. Otherwise, great pharmacy with fast service and, for the most part, very friendly and helpful employees.

Customer service isn't great. Usually stand in line for 20+ minutes just to pickup a script. Need a CVS in Hernando to compete with them.

I LOVE this Kroger! It is the nicest, best stocked, and greatest Kroger in MS. Like really. Shout out to Jerold (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) in the meat department! Honestly the entire meat department is top tier, but he is always so polite and helpful! When we moved from Hernando to Southaven, I honestly missed this Kroger the most and still come here because of that! The staff is attentive and kind and knows their stock. Love it!

These guys and gals work their butts off. No matter how long or short the line, they always push everyone through as quick and efficient as possible. Kudos Hernando Kroger Pharmacy!

Customer service issue.. long lines, drive thru backed up while others sit and wait for their prescription. I waited 45 minutes in a drive thru and had to leave and I know my prescription was ready yesterday!! Last week I was told to pull around and get back in line, which I politely did so others could get theirsCome on....a drive thru is for faster service because the prescription should be ready. If not, have the customer come back,call with questions or come inside. You cannot handle everything outside thru a window. You cannot please 1 customer while 5 others are waiting in line during your busiesttimes. I switched to Kroger because your competitiers were even worse.I always received great customer service and friendly staff.. Lots of staff .... You need more staffing..One person cannot handle it all! Come on Kroger ! I hope this is not going to be the new "norm" for your loyal customers !
