I LOVE this Kroger! It is the nicest, best stocked, and greatest Kroger in MS. Like really. Shout out to Jerold (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) in the meat department! Honestly the entire meat department is top tier, but he is always so polite and helpful! When we moved from Hernando to Southaven, I honestly missed this Kroger the most and still come here because of that! The staff is attentive and kind and knows their stock. Love it!

It's like the one Oxford. But in Hernando. Big options. Big Room. A lot more on what to make for dinner. A lot enough to store more drinks selections. Thus a bigger chance to snag some of my favorite drinks.

I love shopping here! They have the friendliest cashiers! It's always, so clean and organized! They have such a large variety of just about everything! They offer so many choices for the varying, diets! Floor staff is always, helpful directing you to find items! It's definitely, one of the most beautiful grocers that I've ever seen! The only, reason I'm rating it with 4 stars is because 1 of the young man, courtesy clerks stole 1 of my favorite shopping bags! I like to help the environment and help Kroger save on bags so I was trying to be helpful by bringing in my own bags and he actually, stole it! I couldn't believe that happened! Since then, I stopped bringing in my own bags but still feel comfortable using them at other establishments! So, just keep an eye on the courtesy clerks, that they don't take your bags!

Shopped here many times and use Clicklist occasionally. So far they are never on time, orders canceled, and poorly managed. I have politely spoken to managers and even gotten gift cards for poor service without request. But I simply can't keep shopping here as our last order was not on time, they called (as usual) and said running behind, so we agreed on new time, and when we arrived I was informed I was suppose to ignore texts from store that said order is ready and wait a few more hours! When I questioned this I was spoken to rudely and I have simply had enough. If the 2 managers I have spoken to before for the same issue haven't resolved it- it's a lost cause. There are just better options around..

What’s the point of pick up if they don’t substitute one of your items even after you said allow substitutes?! And then you have to go back in to get the item anyway!! And never even texted you or sent an alert thru the app! Very disappointed today with pick up.

Worst customer care team every. The guy pharmacist is rude. They tried to say the did not have my husbands pain meds all day- said de never sent over the order. Almost closing time they call to say it's ready. Not ever I'm sorry

Customer service is paramount but not at this Kroger in the Clicklist department. We had an order scheduled to pick up on Sunday between 5-6 and were told that it wouldn’t be ready until Monday between 5-6. I left work early to pick up my two small children. I arrive at Kroger and there were no parking spots for Clicklist but I called anyway to let them know I was there. I was told there were 10 people waiting in front of me. Kroger, why don’t you hire more people? It seems as though you are lacking in number of people and quality of people. The “manager” on duty was rude and did not seem to care. We will not be using Clicklist again. Now my husband has to make yet another trip to Kroger to hopefully pick up the groceries on Tuesday morning. Kroger, really get it together.

We like them overall, but the last two trips have been trying. First; the rudeness when calling in and being ordered to change parking location and that my spouse was informed to return at 2 pm, and being sarcastically told its only 2:03. And secondly, not being given a receipt and told if we wanted to see what we bought, for us to go online and review our order. This makes it impossible to return an item if necessary.

Be more like ALDI. Employees appear completely ignorant of social distancing. One actually brushed up against me. Disinfect between shoppers at self check. NO TOUCHING! Another patted me on the back. We have spent a LOT of money at Kroger but after witnessing your personal shoppers for pick up, we will no longer do that. Sad because y’all have a great organic & DF selection. CLEAN IT UP!

Pretty wide variety, store almost seems "out of place" as if it really would be seen elsewhere. It's really refreshing to see something more modern here.
