If i could give negative stars i would. This is not a one time occurrence. Over the last 2 months i have tried this salon 2 times- the first time i pulled up and sat in my car waiting on my friend and when i got out the the car to meet her someone had just come to the door & locked it 45 mins before the last appointment time. I went back today hoping to have a better experience I went in a looked around waiting to be acknowledged for services since they all looked busy. I sat down and was waiting quietly when 2 people came in and were addressed immediately and sat for pedicures. I addressed the lady and she started aggressively telling me they had an appointment i said i can understand that but walk ins are welcome as well to that she started yelling that they had appointments to which i promptly said forget this and left.

Went here on a whim thinking it was a decent salon in Hernando, needed my toes done for a class reunion. First time at this establishment and lady was kinda rude from the start. After she was done with the tools she threw them on my feet in the water. Haven’t gotten a pedicure in 7 months and both of my big toes are infected!! 😠

Would never go back! Worst 75 dollars I have spent. I had to tell her several times what I wanted and had to stop her multiple times because it was wrong. The nails are filed crooked and the fill in is not to my cuticle so they look so unnatural. Also the wrong size of tip were placed on several nails and there is residue and glue all under my nails. Not only that but it took soooooo long. Waste of time and money.

AWFUL! they didn’t properly file them, the acrylic didn’t fit my nail size correctly, and the paint had so many bubbles in it.

I got a part-time job at Walmart and was looking for a nail salon shortly after. The very first time i tried this place it was so great
The two ladies make.you feel so radiant and relaxed. I work two jobs so i go.every 2 weeks

If I could give them a zero, I wish I could. I’ve been there for literally two hours and no one got to me.. All I wanted was a simple manicure.

Worst "$50" pedicure ever. My wife's favorite place for her nails so I tagged along. We were there over 3 hours. She had mani pedi and I got the "deluxe" pedicure that lasted about 20 minutes of the 3 hours we were there. This was over a month ago and my cuticles still haven't healed. Make sure they use the sanitizer in the water! She picked up the scoop but then put it back in the container. I assumed she may come back with the tablets or something. Won't make that mistake again. On top of being rude. Worst experience at any nail shop anywhere!!

The woman doing my daughter's nails did not do what she asked her to do. I went to the car to wait. My daughter texted me how bad they were and I told her to speak up and let them know what was wrong. She said I did and she's yelling at me. I walked in because my daughter is 14 and the woman was yelling at her. The nails were all different shapes. The French tips were all crooked and the black was grey because she didn't do enough coats. She angrily started sanding my daughters nails and still had an attitude. I was not rude but told her they look nothing like what my daughter requested and the paint was crooked and was not black. We will not come back here. They do very poor work at least the woman doing my daughters did. I refuse to spend 80.00 and not have what she wanted done properly. We then had to wait on another technician to correct the mistakes the woman made.
