Stylist: Stacy is amazing. She is the kind of person that actually listens to you and what you want. She also remembers conversations she has with you on previous visits and asks about them, such as "how did your trip go?". I really appreciate that.

Short staffed, very long wait. Frustrating to see online people skip the wait while the rest of us; use to the common practice, show up and get taken in the order we come in. I share my opinion that Supercuts should not do the online when they can NOT meet the demand for it.
