I've brought multiple vehicles to Ultimate Tire for a variety of issues and they've always done a great job. I'm sure they're not the cheapest, but they have my confidence based on their track record.I appreciate also that a few times when I came to them with an issue or a suspected issue, the owner referred me to another shop that they knew would be better equipped to assist.

Turned away out of state business traveler came in off the interstate with an emergency flat. Call Bryant Tire in town, they'll get you fixed up fast and reasonable!

Why would a shop bring my vehicle in knowing quite well I wanted my transmission FILTER and fluid changed when they are not capable of doing it?Emphasize on FILTER.Then charge me $150.00 for fluid flush knowing I wanted the filter done.This was a monet grab by Patrick and staff...Do not go here.MP Hernando Ms

They plugged my tire and got me rolling. A little expensive for a plug but atleast it fixed my problem.

Vehicle problem appears to have been corrected . Low coolant reservoir dash warning came on shortly after I left. Had to stop and fill the empty coolant reservoir to get the warning to clear. Also the metal bands or zip ties that secure the wiring harness on top of the intake were not reinstalled after the repairs were made. ?? Folks were nice and friendly but the quality of workmanship makes me question myself if this would be a shop I would feel comfortable using again.

They won't even touch anything that's not stock. Anything other than a factory wheel, forget it. Anything bigger than a 33" tire, forget it... Any real reputable tire store run by professionals won't have a problem with these things. There's no difference in aftermarket wheels or larger tires, other than the type of customer who has these things. The thing is they know a person who has custom parts on their vehicle WILL NOTICE if you mess something up (scratch something, break something, etc.) and that's what they don't want to deal with.

DO NOT COME HERE. I brought my truck here as they had said they could fix a few front end issues & other things. First off, they didn't even want to give me a receipt after I paid with cash ! That was already a bad sign that it had to even be asked for. Second , they charge me for 3 things they did not touch. One being a vacuum pump that my truck didn't EVEN HAVE. Third they didn't fix ANY of the issues. Everything that they "fixed" (greased) was messed up in wk.

After supporting this business for years and paying $80 for an oil change I know I could get cheaper just because I liked to support this local business, they will loose my service. I was not charged for a diagnostic, which is their own fault for not charging me. After spending money and time replacing an alternator that ultimately was not even bad, they were wrong. They would take no responsibility for it. I would have paid for a diagnostic had the owner not been so mad and rude in his initial reaction. Won't be back. Other bad items to note. Their parts are trash and over priced. Their warranty is a mediocre 1 year. Gateway charges less for a diagnostic. From my experience, don't even expect a diagnostic from ultimate tire to be correct.
