I needed to use the computer so I called this location BEFORE going because I didn't have time to waste. She said they have 1 computer and there is a fee for using it. When I arrived, the computer was clearly not working, she came to turn it on/off and nonchantly says "its not working."Next time, check first. Not everybody has time to waste.

They are so helpful. I have used them to fax, print, and even UPS my parents reels they recorded during Vietnam. Today I printed a journal. Always nice in there!

I’ve always enjoyed going to this location until the past few times. Tiffany is so rude every time I come in and of course she’s the lady doing my returns ever time. Has such a terrible attitude and talks to you like you’re stupid. Will be going to a different UPS store because of her.

Agree with the previous comments, I think it’s the same lady with the bad lash extensions but she is so rude and talks to you like you’re stupid. Very poor customer service

I hate going to this location. The person working today and pretty much every time I go is SO RUDE!!! The African American lady that worked today around 1:45 pm was so freaking rude. I had a huge order to return since I just adopted a new baby. She had the most sour attitude towards me like I was putting her out. I tried explaining why I had so many returns to lighten the hostile mood but was completely ignored. She saw someone she knew behind me and was so overly nice to them. While I was trying to find the email for a return I let them go ahead of me. She was as happy as could be to help them. She wished them a blessed day and wonderful weekend. Then I go to continue my order and she is back to being hateful. So I walk out without being told anything. No Have a great weekend, Have a BLESSED DAY, HAHA NOTHING. Im so shook up I went directly to write this review and im sitting in my car and this HORRIBLE woman comes outside and knocks on my window!!!! Are you FREAKING kidding me? She asked if something was wrong while I was in there and I said no because I dont like confrontation. But I did get her name. So TIFFANY thank you so much for being so rude to a new mother who finally got out of the house to return some orders.

They are great for quick returns with labels already attached. But not as patient if you come in with a more complicated shipment. Felt rushed and like I was an inconvenience.

They came to deliver my package, THAT WASN’T EVEN ON THE TRUCK, on May 3rd & I haven’t seen or heard from them since. No updates. They can’t find the package now & don’t wanna help. They said it’s lost & to get over it.

Absolutely amazed with this site. The whole team was working today with a shop full of people. Not only were they kind and considerate, they were moving people thru WAY FASTER than a Chick-fil-A drive thru. Kudos!!! This site will always be considered my home store.

I needed a notary today and went to the UPS store in Hernando, MS. There was only 1 customer in the store ahead of me and she was not at the counter she was chatting on her phone off to the side. I asked for the notary and the guy at the counter said let me get her. He came back and told me "she said she doesn't have time for you." She's trying to close the store. Really? It was 2:20 pm and the store closes at 3:00 pm. 40 minutes before store closing and she can't take care of a customer? Especially since I didn't need anything shipped, Just a stamp on a piece of paper and a signature. This is the second time the notary in Hernando has given me a hard time. The first time she wouldn't notarize my daughter's ACT ID form because my daughter didn't have a license or other form of ID. I'm like she's 14 how is she gonna get a license??? That's why I am here getting her ACT ID form notarized BECAUSE SHE DOESN'T HAVE AN ID! This person obvi doesn't have good customer service skills or care about being a notary.
