This location should be on the closing list soon! The worst customer service and pharmacy availability of any pharmacy I’ve ever been to in this country and many others. Would make a better location for another Mexican restaurant Vs a pharmacy.

Good place to get shots if you're insurance covers it, bedside manner could use some humanity but otherwise okay. Don't waste you're time filling out paperwork online, you'll be asked to do it again.

The pharmacy is absolutely horrendous. Unfortunately, my insurance makes me use Walgreens, but it looks like that they are all terrible. Rx's are always out of stock, the staff are very rude and short, don't bother calling, you'll be on hold forever.

Absolutely horrible pharmacy staff! Leave you on hold for 20 minutes then just hang up. Rude attitudes! They don’t even deserve one star!

Really nice employees in store. Unfortunately online orders are always cancelled. Had a ship to store order that was “lost”. So I always have online orders placed at Horn Lake where they seem reliable. Wish things could be more consistent. Love the tall sweet cashier guy and sweet lady around cosmetics. I know they are all doing their best.

Don’t use this pharmacy. The front staff are good but the pharmacy doesn’t have their stuff together. It’s the least reliable pharmacy around.

Heather A was really rude and wouldn’t answer any of my questions and just sat there and looked at me everytime i asked questions for about 5 minutes then just walked away. will never be back.

I have thought for years that the Southaven Walgreens was the worst I have ever dealt with....Congratulations to the Hernando Walgreens! You take the cake on being the absolute WORST Pharmacy. Wait on hold for extremely extended times, get hung up on, attitude from employees, 20+ minutes waiting in the drive through with two cars ahead, NEVER shipping prescriptions when ordered unless I call after a few days and ask why it hasn't been shipped. Even going so far as to tell me just to come pick it up myself. I am in the process of moving all of our prescriptions because, despite what should be convenience of a drive through Pharmacy, this is without a doubt the worst place I have ever had to deal with.

Pharmacy won’t answer the phone. You sit on hold for 20+ minutes, then it starts ringing, so you think they are going to answer and then they just hang up on you. I stopped using them because of this and went to Walmart. Walmart discontinued one of my meds, so had it called in at Walgreens and still have the same issue after over a year not doing business with them. Guess it’s time to go to Kroger or CVS because I won’t spend another dollar at Walgreens.

Pharmacy is complete trash! I understand your system for processing prescriptions is down. Prescriptions that were already filled prior to the digital issue only have to be checked out. Also, your hours are 9:00-6:00 on Saturday’s I showed up at 9:15. If you can be on time you should be fired. Sick people should not have to wait on disrespectful individuals. If I could zero stars I would. Your mess up caused a hold on a prescription my child needed and insurance was not available. Thankfully the manager at the Craft Goodman store fixed the issue and filled the needed prescription.

I used to think this was a great Walgreens a few years ago. Sometime in the last year and a half to two years ago, I'm not sure where the problem is, but between corporate and local ineptitude, it has seriously started to suffer. Sadly, our insurance requires we use Walgreens to get our full discount. I am seriously considering driving 15 minutes away to another town to fill out prescriptions from now on. We have multiple medical issues in our family requiring medicine. I cannot tell you how many times I have been asked to wait while the full the prescription. An hour later I personally go up to find out the prescription has been filled and put away without anyone bothering to have called us to the counter. Anytime you phone, you can expect to wait 30 minutes or more. Today was the last straw. They told us because the last prescription for a certain med was already picked up, we could not get it until the 9th. We reviewed the order, and they had cancelled it. Not filled it as they said. The simply cancelled it and didn't notify us, review with us why. Just cancelled and told us because it was done in whatever inept way they had done it, we couldn't get it refilled until next month. This is a titration medicine. It can't be quit cold turkey, and because they messed it up, our insurance will not cover it for this month.

Ok...So i'm on hold with for the pharmacy for about 20 minutes driving from Southaven to Hernando. I walk into the pharmacy, still on hold, I get in line and watch multiple employees just dump my call when the phone rang at their station. Then, to top it off I ask to talk to the manager and her only repsonse (with a nasty attitude) is "we're doing the best we can". No "i'm sorry" or "I apologize"....How about this, change your recording to:"Thank you for calling Walgreens. At this time we are not taking any calls, we apologize for the inconvenience."I would have been COMPLETELY cool with that. This location is absolutely horrible.
