The guy working on my tire did a great job and did take him longer than usual but afterwards he told me to take the car to Gateway next time since it was hard for him to put the tires on. At least he was honest and finished the job he started.

No one has it together and had 2 appts was sent home for issues with register next day appt was promised be taken care of and 4 hours and lots mistakes later finally done. Won't be back

I needed to get just one tire balanced…the wait was kinda long.. but the man that worked in my vehicle was awesome and he fixed the problem.

Horrible customer service- went in to have wheels balanced, waited over an hour and a half . Just to be told they can't balance "my kind of wheels" 25 minutes before closing. I specifically told the guy at the counter what kind of wheels and tires were on my vehicle. No policy corporate could site and nothing posted in the store. Don't waste your time here.

In the past they put 4 new tires on my car and was not badly priced. I went in recently because the tire sensor light came on, they reset it and been working fine since highly recommend for tires.

Ordered tires online had appointment at 7 am no one was there waited until 8:20 before a manager was called I got my tires and went somewhere else to have them put on.Service: Tire rotations

The manager in the auto care department refuses to open until all their employees show up. Time on the website states it opens at 7am. But nope! It's more like whenever the employees decide to show up to work. Department managers need to have more control over there employees. If you open at 7am schedule your employees to be there by 645am or fire them! No excuse for the way walmart allows their employees to do whatever and be rude to paying customers that in turn pays their checks.. do better walmart!

Took great care of me. I had a tire on my trailer give up on the interstate at 1am. I went to Walmart around 8 and 10 minutes later I was headed back to my trailer with a new tire.

I had planned my day,; arrived early to get service and to get on with the rest of my errands. The Automotive Center did not open at 7:00 as posted, instead it opened at 7:30. Two other customers got tired of the wait and drove off. Otherwise, I did some shopping and was in and out.

Great customer service in automotive , employee went over and beyond my expectations to take care of my vehicle so I could get back on the road . If everyone was engaged and more involved with really trying to help one another like that group of people I'd love to do all my business with Walmart! Great job
