Whitfield did an amazing job installing electrical in our new home. Ernie - owner of the company - was so responsive, kind and helped us through a complicated situation during construction. I’d use Whitfield again in a heartbeat and recommend them to others. Best electrical company I’ve worked with.

One of the Whitfeild Electric box trucks was parked in a handycap parking space at Walmart in Senatobia. I called the company and they lied and said the guys were workiing on lights. Sfter I pointed out the two guys were not working on anything, it was not a boom truck, he started backing up on his conversation. He acted like he really didnt care. So would you want to trust the wiring in your house or place of business to a company like this. Employees breaking the law, and then office personel taking up and lying for them.

I have been a customer of Whitfield Electric for over two years and have always had outstanding customer service until today. They get one star simply because they have an employee by the name of Heather who is extremely rude and lacks customer service and business acumen. She will over talk you, cut you off and be of no assistance. If you call for customer service, speak with anyone but Heather unless you want to be talked to like a child and yelled at. She will also threaten to cancel your service if she is upset with how the conversation is going. Speak with Al or Mitch for any concerns and bypass Heather.Service: General alarm installation

These guys are great !! They have installed a ceiling fan for me, and replaced some bad outlets. They show up on time, and they do great work. I highly recommend!!

They showed up on time, cleaned up, respectful, and kind. As a stay-at-home mom at home alone with kids I felt comfortable having them in my house. They told me what they would be doing, when, if something was going to be loud so they wouldn’t scare the kids and where they would be in my house. They were efficient, did what they were asked and left no mess. No complaints here!Service: Electrical outlet & switch installation

On 9-13-2021, Austin had his guys install a patio light(fog) too match the one I already had on my newly built home. I can’t wait until Wednesday; too have my soffit lights installed on the front of my home. I am just amazed of the professionalism and quality of work I have witness this far. Before I forget; I had a ceiling fan installed as well from magnolia lighting and front door outside light was giving me trouble and Whitfield came and made it right. Installed a entire fixture as well. Whitfield will be my too go guys and I will refer them; if I hear of anyone needing a electrician.

Today Whitfield Electric installed two ceiling fans in less then a hour. They were on time, courteous, and exceeded all expectations. Highly recommended.
