I’ve used caliber in the past but this was my first time at this location! I’m extremely pleased with their customer service and how fast they completed the work on my car. Definitely will recommend and use again!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, horrible service not only did I have to bring my car back a second time, they had my car for 3 weeks for the SECOND time and just had it sitting nothing was fixed wouldn’t recommend this location to my worst enemy!

Awful work and service! Begged me not to do a review and I hadn’t in months. Lies and no contact nor response in months to correct my paint and replace my emblem. Why do a rush job and call me to hurry and pickup car when it wasn’t ready and still isn't. Tired of collision shops playing, maybe the communication, work, service, and responses will be better once the legalities and court proceedings happen with their customers. I wouldn’t bring a battery powered Barbie Jeep here for repairs!

So far so good, I have a lifetime warranty on the repairs made. If I have any problems with it, I will take it back to them.

Well I waited to do this review. If u have strut problems don't go to them. That never fix ur problems. Update. Since i received a phone call about my review. Let me go into what I said.Mrs. Shanda. My car still is making nose, I had to go to honda twice. If ya couldn't fix the problem my car should of been sent to a property mechanic, not holding my car for weeks. Now this review wasnt avout u. Don't ever call my phone again asking to speak to me about my review!

Ive used Caliber once prior to the most previous experience in July 2023. I took my car into Caliber in a July 2023 for repair. About 1 week later (a few days earlier than I expected), they called for me to pick my car up. Right after, I picked up a rental and left town. This was a Friday. On Tuesday when I returned, I noticed the plate around my front passenger side light was missing. I immediately called Caliber and was told to bring it in. The first guy that looked at it called a manager out to look at it. The manager, Jesse, apologized and said they would order the 2 parts needed for the repair. A month later, I called to see if the part arrived. I was told that it hadn’t been ordered, but that it would be ordered that day. A few days later, the manager Jesse called to tell me the part arrived. I was thinking both parts. When I got there he put 1 part on and said that the other part had still not arrived. I kid you not—I called every other week from August-December to see if the 2nd part arrived. Each time I called, I asked to speak to Jesse and he gave me the same excuse. It’s February 2024 and NO ONE has called to say dog, cat, bird about whether the part was actually ordered or if they just wrote it off altogether. While they did repair the claim filed by insurance, the damage that was done on their premises was swept under the rug.—-UPDATE 4/2Zach from Caliber reached out to me immediately after this review and made it his priority to correct the issue. He did indeed go above and beyond. I’m very appreciative to those who care about quality customer service and work to make sure that their customers are satisfied with not just the service on their vehicle, but with the people in the office.
