Ive used Caliber once prior to the most previous experience in July 2023. I took my car into Caliber in a July 2023 for repair. About 1 week later (a few days earlier than I expected), they called for me to pick my car up. Right after, I picked up a rental and left town. This was a Friday. On Tuesday when I returned, I noticed the plate around my front passenger side light was missing. I immediately called Caliber and was told to bring it in. The first guy that looked at it called a manager out to look at it. The manager, Jesse, apologized and said they would order the 2 parts needed for the repair. A month later, I called to see if the part arrived. I was told that it hadn’t been ordered, but that it would be ordered that day. A few days later, the manager Jesse called to tell me the part arrived. I was thinking both parts. When I got there he put 1 part on and said that the other part had still not arrived. I kid you not—I called every other week from August-December to see if the 2nd part arrived. Each time I called, I asked to speak to Jesse and he gave me the same excuse. It’s February 2024 and NO ONE has called to say dog, cat, bird about whether the part was actually ordered or if they just wrote it off altogether. While they did repair the claim filed by insurance, the damage that was done on their premises was swept under the rug.—-UPDATE 4/2Zach from Caliber reached out to me immediately after this review and made it his priority to correct the issue. He did indeed go above and beyond. I’m very appreciative to those who care about quality customer service and work to make sure that their customers are satisfied with not just the service on their vehicle, but with the people in the office.

Sent my vehicle to get the steering column & window repaired back in December, while they did a good job on those, when I got my car back, in January, it kept cutting off on me. Sent it back to them, was told that it was low on oil, even though I had gotten an oil change as soon as I got the vehicle back the first time. They put oil in it & gave it back. Was good for about a week & then cut off AGAIN. This time was told that my oil pressure sensor was messed up, which was causing the oil to leak, which led to the car cutting off. They got that "fixed". My car has once again cut off. I've decided to send it to another mechanic because all this place does is make excuses. I've also had to constantly call them to get updates on my vehicle. Between the repairs, the Ubers back & forth to work cause they've had my car for basically 2 1/2 of the past 3 months, I've spent over $1300, & maybe gonna have to spend more to have another mechanic fix whatever issue that Caliber created that I'm sure they're not gonna admit to doing even though my car wasn't cutting off or having any of the issues before it got to Caliber. ?? for fixing the steering column & window. ?????? for the issues I've had to deal with.

Shonda at the desk was amazing and very informative. And walked us through the entire process when we did our walk through at drop off. And kept us updated every other day! She’s had a beautiful personality. And customer service was 10/10.And the team working on the car did a great job with the repairs and the car was and detail before pick up was great!

It's always a bummer when someone hits your car, but when it needs to be fixed, I cannot recommend Caliber Collision Horn Lake enough.Gary, Zach, Shonda, and crew are all phenomenal. I was kept informed throughout the entire process, all questions were answered, and I had no doubts that I would not be satisfied upon picking up my car. All I had to do was drop it off, and they took care of absolutely everything else.I believe the before and after photos speak for themselves. My car looks like it never got hit - actually, with the excellent paint matching, the plastic front fascia matches the factory body paint even more so than it did from the factory.In the unfortunate event I get into another accident, I will absolutely be using Caliber Collision Horn Lake. If you find yourself in the same situation, I believe you should as well.

They had my vehicle almost two months just to tell me it was a total loss which meant a rental that I could have saved money on.

They took care of my truck the whole way through getting repaired and kept me up to date. Even when insurance was being complicated on paying for my taillight, Zach managed to find one and replace it for me anyways without hesitation. Great service with an even greater staff!
