“Ive used Caliber once prior to the most previous experience in July 2023. I took my car into Caliber in a July 2023 for repair. About 1 week later (a few days earlier than I expected), they called for me to pick my car up. Right after, I picked up a rental and left town. This was a Friday. On Tuesday when I returned, I noticed the plate around my front passenger side light was missing. I immediately called Caliber and was told to bring it in. The first guy that looked at it called a manager out to look at it. The manager, Jesse, apologized and said they would order the 2 parts needed for the repair. A month later, I called to see if the part arrived. I was told that it hadn’t been ordered, but that it would be ordered that day. A few days later, the manager Jesse called to tell me the part arrived. I was thinking both parts. When I got there he put 1 part on and said that the other part had still not arrived. I kid you not—I called every other week from August-December to see if the 2nd part arrived. Each time I called, I asked to speak to Jesse and he gave me the same excuse. It’s February 2024 and NO ONE has called to say dog, cat, bird about whether the part was actually ordered or if they just wrote it off altogether. While they did repair the claim filed by insurance, the damage that was done on their premises was swept under the rug.—-UPDATE 4/2Zach from Caliber reached out to me immediately after this review and made it his priority to correct the issue. He did indeed go above and beyond. I’m very appreciative to those who care about quality customer service and work to make sure that their customers are satisfied with not just the service on their vehicle, but with the people in the office.”

“I got a quote for $5,000 from Firestone for issues w my car, after describing a noise I told them I was hearing when driving. It was my kid’s car seat making the noise. They were 100% honest. Could have took advantage like Firestone tried to, to make some money. And DIDNT ❤️ as single mom who already stresses about money. I am forever thankful and will never use anyone else or recommend anyone else. Christian and all the employees were so kind!!!!!”

“I brought my very first car and it needed some work on it. I took it over to Meineke to get some more information on what needed to be done. They were so sweet and respectful and Dennis made sure my car was perfect before I went home to Hattiesburg! He was truthful and honest about what was wrong and told me what was going to be the biggest fix and what may need to be fixed in the future! Over all I loved the team and company! If I have any issues and I’m back up north Meineke is where I’ll go!”

“I enjoy coming here, the guys are courteous and helpful. I've been coming here since 2021 and it's the only place I will go. I even have an express oil card??. It never takes long when they are out of my mobil 1 for delivery. I love this place. Tim and AJ are the two of the best mechanics and the others that has serviced my vehicle. Good work guys ”
