“I recently had to find a shop for body repairs due to an accident involving a deer. I had seen Caliber Collision in passing, but didn’t know anything about it. My insurance recommended 3 “network” shops in which they would deal directly deal with and leave me out of it as the “middle man”. I chose Caliber Collision because of the reviews & I definitely was not disappointed! From the very start to the very end I was kept in the loop of all the updates taking place all the while leaving me out of the insurance part which I am so thankful for! I was given an estimated completion date and even in the ice/snow the date was still met! I have full faith that without the ice/snow they would have still exceeded my expectations along with possibly completing the job early. Everyone I encountered was very nice. I had personal dealings with Hannah. She answered any and all questions I had & she was very prompt in her response. I highly recommend using Caliber Collision. Although I hope I don’t need a body shop again, I would definitely come back to CC after my previous experience!”

“This place is amazing I know the owner personally he’s a nice guy and honest person me and my wife brought her 2012 jeep patriot there somebody backed into it in a Kroger parking lot in Memphis when we got the jeep back you could even tell that it had damage the shop is a one excellent in my book I will always take My stuff to Omni auto body and homer is a nice guy and very honest pricing and everything’s upfront the day we had to pick the jeep up.
