I made a purchase, well I tried to make a purchase and when I swiped my card they said the internet was down and it didn't take my payment. I tried another 3 more times and still didn't work, there was nothing wrong with my card at all. And the amount was pending on my card and the worker said it would be release because it didn't go through, well that was wrong, called my bank because 2 days later the amount posted to my account and they took the money out my account. I went back up to the store to show them it posted expecting them to make it right and return my funds or at least give me store credit but he did absolutely nothing to help to make it right. Instead he wants to argue with me about it still not going through when you clearly seeing posted in my mobile banking. No help at all and this was so wrong.

Definitely not friendly or helpful. I made it one minute before closing and just needed a small bottle of 30v developer. It’s only $1.99 and I had cash in hand. I understand people want to go home and normally it wouldn’t be a big deal except I had an important event and had a hair crisis. I don’t normally show up at closing time expecting to shop. I had something very specific. It would’ve been really nice of them and said a lot about how they do business if they would have helped me. They were all standing at the door after they locked it to yell at me through the glass they were closed. I was clearly in a rush and wouldn’t have taken more than a minute of their time. For this reason I won’t be purchasing anymore wigs or anything else from there.

Pack of crochet hair clearly said $5.99 on package but I was charged $6.99 and they would not honor the price difference only said All of the packs have the wrong price on them so either pay $6.99 or leave it. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!

It’s the principle. After paying I looked at my receipt. The spandex cap was priced as $1.99 and $2.49 was entered in. The sweet cashier showed one of the managers. He told me someone put the wrong price on the item and couldn’t change it. I asked for a refund. He said we don’t do refunds only store credit. Make sure to check the price BEFORE if you go to this store. The monitor display was not on during this transaction.

I purchased one item but was charged twice. When I called to inquire about the double charge I was told it is store policy to not give a refund even if they made the mistake. I will never purchase from here again.

Memphis beauty supply prices are wayyy better than this one. I rather cross over to Shelby Drive or Raines instead of putting up with this! AND...The owner is rude and has no respect for his employees! They are not your slave!

I wasn't sure what to expect when entering this establishment. I thought since it was close and doesn't seem to be a big chain store, I should give a try and hopefully like and support it. I ran it Malonda (pretty sure I spelled it right) I enjoyed her friendly and helpful attitude. I needed some color my hair which y'all may have noticed. I usually get 2 specific types of color, but today we shall see what happens. I'm gonna start with a good review, but if my hair falls out(ha) I will review that review. I'm sure all will be good and will see what else they have to offer in the future.

I've been going here for years.. I haven't had a problem with customer service or finding what I need especially when I ask for help but I'm sure if you walk IN ANY STORE with a messed up attitude and speak to them with disrespect, you'd probably catch a little attitude back. (To the horn lake ratchets) lol.

I have been going to this store since I moved out here last year and I have always noticed the distracted workers but it never mattered until today. Stop hiring people that just need a job because the quality will always suck. Went in there to spend my money but left empty handed because no one wanted to help me.

Never Will I Shop At This Store Again!!!! Unprofessional Manager Lee Gus!!! I Was In The Store On Yesterday Evening around 2:45p and While At The Counter Checking Out, The Manager Was Going Off On A Worker and Customer. He Talked Really Bad To That Young Lady!! No One Should Ever Be Talked To Or Mistreated in that way. The Young Lady(employee) was only saying Mr Lee You Shouldn't talk to your workers that way, he responded To her You're not helping me one bit, and I can talk to you in whatever way I want!! He Also Said If You Don't Like It Go Home!!! Wow!! My opinion is this No One in Management or in High Positions Should never do that!! Especially using Profanity in front of Your Customers is very Unprofessional!!!
