Awful experience I guess me and my kids felt pretty bad that day someone at the counter was on their break and we must have messed up her day by asking one question about a game my kids wanted she was very rude I’ll never go back again.

Sign says cash or credit online. Get to the Horn lake location with my son and employees didn't want take my 5 year old kid came controllers. Even though the product had their price tag on them. Didn't mind spending any money for new controllers. Bad business and definitely will spread the word.

I found this store with an easy Google search. I gave them a call and told them that I was interested in selling some old game consoles. They told me to come on by. They looked over everything and made me a very fair offer that I gladly accepted. The employees were courteous, knowledgeable and fun to work with! I highly recommend these folks for your gaming and collectable needs.

The store looks great. It has been reorganized from the last time we were in there, which was within the last couple months.
It's much more organized and has an easier flow to the store, feels more open now.

Worst place ever!! I do not recommend!!, I went in to trade some pokemon cards that were in really good condition and never been touched one and have always been sealed. They wanted 11.00 for them store credit and 9 dollars for cash. And for one of the cards ungraded is 13.00 and they wanted 7.00 for that card.

Went to purchase a game that was priced at 4.99. The associate swipes my card to complete the transaction and then tells me that the price of the game went up to $13.99 and if I had an issue I could request a refund. Terrible service and a horrible way to run a business through deception.

I’m not a gamer but I came in to buy a few things for my nephew. I know less than nothing about gaming and the staff was really helpful.
