If I could rate it less I would customer service in lumber was rude as I was waiting on my contractor to text me back a lady tells you should've known what you wanted before you brought your a** up here me being the bigger person I took the high road and left but my granddad was furious and told them they'd never have to worry about our business anymore and that he's been coming here for years they've lost a loyal customer

I placed an order for appliances 12/15. Never received my order. Went to Home Depot 1/10 to inquired about my order and I was told that their delivery company quit without notice because they found out that Home Depot was ending their contract. I was told the new delivery company doesn’t start until 1/24 Manager told me to come back 1/12 for a refund because the system is showing in transit. Well today, wasn’t able to get my $2500 because system is still showing in transit because the delivery company refuses to answer Home Depot calls, email or cancel the in transit note if their system. Manager told me today, he wasn’t sure when I can get a refund. Can someone please make this make sense to me.

as far as home depot goes in the memphis metro area i'd say this is one of the better ones. pretty tidy and well stocked even during covids. the hd rule of looking for an older(above 40) employee to help you find anything should still be used, but...most of the employees are friendly and try to help. unlike most home depots in the area where they just mumble and give you a random aisle. three stars only because i'm not sure why home depot continues to employ people that know nothing about the layout of the store or the products therein.

My visit today was very successful. My Rick was very helpful and the Operation Manage Mr. Chatman, was very helpful himself. Getting ready to check out the young man wasn't aware where his line was. Myself and an older gentleman had been waiting.. He allowed another customer to proceed before us. No attitude was needed. Well he did state he couldn't keep an eye on all of us customers. Stating his line was behind him although there was no-one behind him and the 6 ft signs were the opposite direction. Nevertheless, just maybe had he backed up he would've saw who was in either of lines and how to proceed or direct us. Overall visit was productive I acquired the merchandise that I came to purchase.

I purchased 2 STYLEWELL CHAIRS and a protection plan to cover the chairs. One of the leg connectors broke on the chair. I filed a claim with the purchased protection plan. The claim was denied stating, "ACCIDENTAL OR PHYSICAL DAMAGE IS NOT COVERED BY THE PROTECTION PLAN". WOW!!!!! Then what kind of damage is covered?!?!? The protection plan is a joke. Don't waste your money.

The Home Depot in Horn Lake, Mississippi offers everything you or w professional contractor might be needing. I went in to look at a new stove, but ended up looking at barbecue grills and ended up wandering the aisles. Service is pretty good, just look for someone wearing their signature orange apron and they will assist you in getting what you need. Walking in I saw that they have various construction equipment for rent ( they are chained in the parking lot) All in all, a good place and one that I would recommend.

This review is concerning an online order not anything purchased from this store location but, Home Depot Inc was not an option! This is the only choice given when searching for Home Depot! I placed several orders online for Christmas decorations and received the majority of the items just fine! But when I received what should have been the final 3 items I had been waiting for only 1 item arrived while the Home Depot app showed all 3 being delivered! When I called to report it and expecting them to ship the remaining 2 items I was still waiting on I was told that that was not an option and that I would! I would have to file a complaint with UPS since it showed on Home Depot end that my items had been delivered! Also, that I could dispute my charges with my bank! First of all I didn't want my money back I wanted what I ordered! I've never had this happen before with Home Depot but it now worries me to order anything online from them if this is their policy for their mistakes! It's not the consumers responsibility to correct their mistake! I am still left without the 2 remaining Christmas decorations that I needed but I will not be reordering them from Home Depot after what I just went through!

Worst Home Depot. Showed up 30 minutes before they closed to grab a paint can. The guy mixed the paint but then walked off and left for 30 minutes. I asked a young black man at the front of he can call someone back to the paint counter bc he already mixed out paint, we just need it. And he said he probably left bc they close at 8. I then said he already mixed the paint. It's sitting right behind the counter, we just need it. And he turned around and flicked his wrist and said I told you we close at 8 and rolled his eyes. I didn't catch his name but he is a young black gay male that needs an attitude adjustment. Then when we were leaving, these two white women were holding the door open for people to leave and she never said thank you or y'all have a great day. She instead was loudly talking to her other coworker saying some customer just cussed her out bc she wouldn't let him buy paint. Just all around rude customer service that are there for a paycheck and show no pride in having a job. Here's an idea...DONT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. go work in a warehouse or behind scenes. You have no business being upfront in customer view with those nasty attitudes.

I can't decide whether or not to leave 5 stars or 1 star... went to get some paint this morning and the gentleman was so helpful and was able to look up colors and help me with finishes. The lady this afternoon was downright nasty. She asked me what I wanted and I told her two small cans of sample paint. She immediately started shaking her head at me and walked off. She told me she could give me white. I told her I did not want white... why would I consult services at a paint counter for white paint I could have picked up off the shelf myself? She told me that I could go to the end of the (long) line to pick out my color. Well. I already knew what I wanted. (More head shaking). I was told that I needed to move back to the spot on the floor. So I did. She told me that unless I had the code memorized, she would not help. Funny, because the guy this morning looked it up for me... she was obviously not wanting to help so I just left. I've never experienced such rude behavior from Home Depot employees before.

I would not recommend Home Depot in Horn Lake. I have shopped at Home Depot for over 30 years and this was the worst experience I have ever had.
