The absolute worse they don’t care about there patients especially if u have Medicaid don’t listen to anything you say want prescribe u anything..No since of urgency for anything…Start actually caring and the wait time is horrible!! The NP are just ridiculous!

Dr Sharma, Natalie, Kristy, all of the front desk and staff are amazing. I've never seen any of the other doctors there but I have been here regularly for several years to see him and I can't say enough good things. He honestly cares about his patients and listens. They are affordable and reasonable.

Didn’t even make it to the doctors. Front desk people are rude , and don’t seem to want to help at all. Was given false information by multiple people in the office. We ended up walking out to find a better doctors office than this. 0/10

Worst doctors ever.wait forever for nothing.all doctors in this office are stupid. They don't take what u say into consideration. A specialist tells me I have arthritis and they r to dumd to see it and call my specialist a lier. I would never recommend anyone go to this office

This doctor's office is beyond great. Every person in the building is there to help and heal. They actually care about their jobs!!! I am so so glad I finally went here as this actually is my Primary on my insurance. I stayed with what was familiar and that isn't always the best way to go. Thank you HORN LAKE FAMILY PRACTICE ?? ??

I asked for my records to be sealed from a employee of this clinic ,due to to Hippa. A conflict of interest. I was shunned and a letter firing me , sent to me. I'm the patient. All I asked was for this person not to have access to my medical records. I would not step back in this place if it was the last medical facility on earth. This place allows their non-medical professional staff rule the roost there. I'm so very disappointed in this NP and Dr that supports this person. Also I know of a great employee that was let go at HLFM due to lies. However. Great nurses here. Thank yall for for kindness

I made an appointment online. I called to confirm yesterday since I had not gotten an email back. They said it was on the schedule. I left work early to be here and walked in and they didn’t have me. Kept asking who I spoke to but the person on the phone yesterday did not give me a name. Don’t waste your time. So frustrating!!

Been going here for 5 years ... I have never had a problem with any of the FNPs ... they give me the attention I expect. Easy to get an appointment, even through Covid19.

I have family members that I care very much about that live in this area. They are patients at your family practice. I have just learned that they had an appointment the other day and they saw a new Nurse Practitioner you have there. Normally they are treated well. But what I've heard is very concerning. A person goes to the Doctor for help not to be judged and accused of lying about the pain they are suffering. It's my opinion you should hire better staff to show compassion to those who are suffering.
