I have tried 3 times to come donate with my friend who already has been donating. Every time it is an issue. This last time I was told to be there by 3. Well, it was a Saturday but no one bothered to tell me that on Saturdays new patients have to be there by 1 until I got there at 2:20. All 3 times I have given my friend a ride so we could donate together and all 3 times I had to leave and she had to find another ride home all because of misinformation. I finally sighed to my friend and said “I guess I’ll just have to try somewhere else because it’s always an issue” and one of the 3 ladies at the desk, with her back to me, said, “Ok. That’s fine”. Literally didn’t care at all that my time had been wasted AGAIN! At least pretend to show compassion for the huge inconvenience multiple times. If they care that little about my time, and all these reviews lately talk about the inconsiderate care they have been giving, I don’t know if I want them sticking a needle in my arm

I’ve been coming here for over 7 months and I never had any issues up until recently. The staff literally doesn’t do anything with attention to detail, management has started to cut corners to avoid paying the usual amount so they’ve started doing unnecessary permanent deferrals and each visit there’s always a 45 min to an hour wait for your appointment. Why force people to even make appointments when you still have them wait forever to be seen? Now they’ve started checking for protein to see if they can get more deferrals. A couple weeks ago, I had a nurse stick me the wrong way and I was literally bleeding from my needle. Said something to the workers like 4 times and nobody fixed it. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Don’t go bro. If I could leave -5 stars I would.

They just started this new system where they basically want you to be over weight to get paid more it’s ridiculous! You should go off of bmi not tell someone that is 5 foot 4 inches they need to be 175 pounds to get more money. We should be encouraging to live a healthier life style if we are donating plasma not paying people more to be over weight what has this world come too even our medical system wants you to be over weight!!!

I have been coming here over a year. Appointments are required now and I am waiting a minimum of 1.5 hours before I can even donate. My appointment was 12:15 today and I was here on time and have been waiting 1 hour and 15 minutea so far. Corp needs to help out. It should not take 2 1/2 hours when you are required to make an appointment.

Usually I don't have an issue with ImmunoTek. But on Wednesday of this week I felt unsafe. The first nurse that stuck me with the needle was on her phone and wasn't paying attention to my arm. She restuck me at least 5 times. Then, she called over another nurse who took the needle and carelessly shoved the needle all the way into my arm. She apparently assumed that I had "deep veins", which I don't have. Obviously the needly wasn't in a vein, so they had to unstick me from my right arm and use my left. When I finally finished donating, the first nurse forcefully pulled the needle out, and I bled through two sets of gauze pads before she wrapped my arm excessively tight. I was very unsatisfied with my visit and I now have a bruise on both arms. So I can't donate again until they heal up.

This place is about as transphobic as they come! I went in at 10:00a 6/14, had to go to the court house and get a copy of my Court Order allowing my name change and gender marker change. Because the old ID with my dead name that matched my SS card wasn't good enough, even tho it was not expired. So I did, I went to the court and got a copy of the court order. Then I went in today at 10:30 7/17, went through the entire process 3hrs and was told I now needed to take this form to my PCP to be approved for donation. Based on, "This individual is referred for a for a medical evaluation due to reporting a history of medication (which all of mine are approved) and/or condition that caused medical referral."So what I've learned from Freedom plasma aka Immunotek is:Being trans is a medical condition,That they know better than three other donation companies. And instead of operating off of body mass (Recommendations per FDA) they know more and must only operate off of gender.

After I moved, I needed help getting my paperwork together so that I could donate again. Nakeya H. went out of her way to help me get what I needed. She was always thorough and nice when I would bring in more paperwork. If it weren't for Nakeya and all the rest of the ladies at Immuno Tek, that includes you, Larissa, I would not be able to donate. Thank you all for all your help. They are a great bunch of ladies and they always take care of me.

Well I can not give stars to a company that does not care about the customers needs, I feel my time is valuable to me and I am providing plasma to them and they should want me to donate. I was turned away on Tuesday after a long weekend . So they pick my days I can donate not caring what I may have planned for my life, o should be able to donate after 2 days Tuesday was three days but they wanted me to come on Wednesday which I could not because of plans, so I found another plasma center which happened to be the same company but different name and not knowing this I went to them to donate and now o find out I can NEVER go back to the plasma center in Horn Lake which is where I live, so evidently they don’t need plasma. So I will go to another who do welcome you with open arms and donate to them

Staff being very unprofessional, using inappropriate language. Also engaging in other donors conversations while donors are waiting to be seen, making us wait longer. When she was asked to please come stick me she stated “No I don’t want to stick you I’ll find somebody else” so I was waiting and 5 people was seen before me. She also stated “you should be at work somewhere anyway, you should be in here for no $50 go to work” !! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
