I'm thinking about changing pharmacies, I am tired of being ignored by Kelly when I come to the counter. I came up yesterday and Andrea was on the phone. She did greet me with be right with you and Kelly never moved to help me. He wasn't on the phone or anything, he was just standing behind the computer trying to hide. I waited more than 5 minutes and he never came to help. This has happened several times. Someone needs to talk to him about customer service. The last time I had a OTC question and he never came out to help me. Katie and the young ladies are nice but Kelly has been there too long to repeatedly treat customers this way.

I went to pickup window, rung the bell, no answer, i waited another 5 mins, rung the bell again, somebody answers, Andrea comes to the window with a crazy look on her face just staring at me, if you don't want to come to the pickup window close the blind, because I'm gonna use it as long as the blind is open, Andrea you need to change your people skills, because that attitude will not get you anywhere.Common courtesy would've been to say can you please hold for a moment, instead of ignoring me.

Kroger is ok if you go yourself. If you plan to have groceries delivered, save yourself the headache. They never get the order correct. I have had them tell me items weren't available only to have my family stop 20 minutes later to pick the same item up. Not to mention, they do not listen when you say "no substitutions." Then when there is a problem, they either want to blame the customer or do nothing. Understand, this is not a one time thing. This has happened multiple times to the point that I won't use their delivery EVER AGAIN.

This has been my number one stop for groceries, for years . I recently purchased a pack of pork chops that was spoiled. I live in Tunica which is about 40 min away so I could not just turn around and bring the meat back. I tried to keep the meat but it started to smell so bad that I threw it out. Two days later, I went back with my receipt and explained to the manager (Mr. Gee) what happened and he didn't care one bit. He was nonchalant and unsympathetic of my concern. Not only did he deny my request to simply receive a gift card ($8 for the pork chops) for the inconvenience of ruining my dinner, he didn't even offer an apology. I don't know who hired him as a Manger but he desperately need a course on customer satisfaction. As much money as I spend here, I am very disappointed.

First time using this pharmacy.1. They didn’t have all the medication available so I was given four days worth when I needed 30 days. Which Is not a huge deal but an Inconvenience.2. Was told a price when I picked up the 4 days worth that would be paid when I pick up the remaining med but told a different price once I picked up the remaining meds.3. Was not made aware of a difference in price for a human med vs canine meds especially if the medication can be used for both human and pets. Why is the price different if this med can be taken by myself as well? The only reason they knew it was canine is because it was a vet script but they didn’t have to do anything to the meds to make it suitable for pets. So why the price difference.

This has 1 star because you can't give zero. I ordered my groceries last night to be delivered. They were to be delivered between 9-10 AM the next day. I got a message at 8:30 saying that she would be late & it would now be 10:30-11 before she got there. That was okay, since I would still be home then. The delivery girl informed me that I would have to pay again because they canceled my payment. The payment was taken out of my account. After that debacle (about 1:45 PM) she informed me that she would be delivering my groceries. At 2:05, when I was NOT HOME ANYMORE, she said she was delivering. I came home to my groceries like this. The produce was in horrible condition. My frozen items were all thawed. This is terrible service.

This Kroger pharmacy is very unorganized, and unprofessional. I have never had this many issues with getting medications. I will def be sticking to the Walgreens from now on. When I went to pick up my refills they said they didn’t even have me in the system and 10 mins later all of it was ready. Doesn’t make any sense and they move so slow and the line is always backed up. There is only ever 2 people working at this Kroger pharmacy. Why?

Unless you want flies to accompany your grocery purchase, don't shop here! There are literally dead and living flies all over the store. They are in the produce section, "fresh" meat section, frozen meat section, dairy...and they swarm the deli section. The flies are in plain sight and store workers and management do nothing about it. I addressed this issue with the store manager, and he stated that, "it will be taken care of in a couple of days...". This is not a new issue for this store, and I've heard that empty promise before. I've posted pictures of my visit on 8/30/2018. Judge for yourself...
