If I can give a 0 I would. I ordered the ICB and it was not fresh. I asked how long has it been out and the lady said a while. I asked for a fresh one and they reheated the same one and gave it back.

I posted years back about how terrible this location is! Believe it or not it's just as bad if not worse than that. The pizza is never fresh, overcooked and the service staff are unbelievably rude and discourteous! I have had interactions with employees that were somewhat cordial but when I asked if they had anything fresh or not overcooked, the employee with an attitude, told me that they were always fresh and cooked correctly! Which is a lie! I have had many problems with this particular store for years now! I have finally given up on them and will never go back to this location! If you want old, hard, nasty pizza from people with the same attitude, then this is the place for you! Today's date is 10/28/23 at approximately 3:00pm

I tried to order over the phone for delivery, and the person told me I had to pay on the app. That would be wonderful and great IF THEY HAD THE PIZZA OPTIONS I WANTED IN THE APP!!!!!!!!! You cannot order thin crust online or on the app, and their regular crust sucks. I believe there are enough pizza places in Horn Lake and surrounding areas that will take phones in delivery orders to where I never have to order from them again. Avellinos it is!!!

The pizza was cold and hard... God only knows how long that pizza was sitting there. Thank Goodness the cheese sticks were fresh out of the oven.
