Went in today to get service for an iPhone, the shorter guy told me that because I had an iPhone, I absolutely had to get the $65 plan for it to work. I asked why not the other plans, he again reiterated that I had to get the $65 plan, but could change it to a lower plan at a later date. Again, why not give me the plan that suits me. I called MetroPcs customer service and was told that was inaccurate information, that I could get any plan of my choosing. So future customers of this location, you do not have to get the top tier plan just because you have an iPhone. He’s a little deceptive so be careful and do not let your elderly relatives go into this store alone, I’m more than certain he’ll try to take advantage of them.

I have been with Metro for many years.. Never a problem untill recently when I went to turn my phone back on .. I was told they couldn't use my old phone because it was too old ,which to me didn't make any sense . I was then told they had the same phone and it could be turned on with new number& unlimited data ect for less than $73.00. I agreed to this but keept my old phone wich has never happened before.. I have went several time back to this store because this phone is garbage won't let me do anything saying I have to have internet and so much more. They are unwilling to fix this problem.. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. Instead go to the other one location on Goodman there services are good

This location is the WORST PLACE to go specially if you have to deal with Courtney. She is disrespectful and act like she owns not just the location but the whole Metro Pcs. She is careless and wants to always go her way. She will treat you like you don't know anything: customer must do as she says. STAY AWAY FROM HER.

The manager was very rude (had an attitude the whole time) & got upset when I didn’t choose a backup for my phone. I suggest the location on Stateline, they are nicer and treat you better.

Yesterday I paid a visit to Metro by T-Mobile.a smart phone storeOffering phone service packages with T-Mobile.I was met at the door by one of two sales people on duty offering help..I explained I had my phoneService with them and I was considering a new plan.I have been on a package plan having 4 lines for a flat charge and costing each of us $35 a monthWith unlimited talk and text.Things and people change and I had until today to find service I can afford.when you are on another person's plan they haveTo be there for any changes made by.I was to meet a friend andPossibly join his plan.something must have come up because after an hour or so this person did not show! At this point the sales people advised me 1st that to get on a new plan there was a fee of $33 to join plus myPart of the monthly plan.I was then advised that for around $30 a month I could get the same service set my own pay date,keep my same number and not have to have anyone else around to make any adjustments to my plan.So when they open at 10:30 I plan to be there! These people really helped me.I have had quite a struggle going from the flip-phone era to what is happening now ! I highly recommend T-MOBILE because I felt they were helping me and not just there for what was most profitable to their company. One must go there and see all they can offer in equipment, phone service and plans available.

I was paying tmobile 120.00 a month for one line kalid hooked me up with a new phone that had google one and amazon prime for 66.00 a month then i got another discount for signing up for auto pay he was also super patient with the amazon support people on the phone cause my old roomie in denver ,co setup up an account in my name i had no idea about he stayed on the phone while ringing up other customers to pay bills he went above and beyond ... Im happy i got the package with google and amazon prime happy i switched to metro tmobile sometimes i stop back in and ask him questions about my new phone and he is more than happy to help i grew up in horn lake and remember when city hall aas a trailer his southern hospitality was a breath of fresh air
