“I visited the Southaven location. It's very hot in there...where the paint chips are located. The salesman was extremely nice and helpful. I needed 20 different colors and he gladly helped me locate each one. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to how the chips are displayed.”

The young man was kind enough to assist me with what I needed even though his coworker, an older man, kept telling me that they were closed. He even got the items from the shelf and carried them out for me.”

“Bryan was a great help to me. He was able to match very closely the stain on tongue and groove pine paneling. It's 60 years old wood. Lowe's and Home Depot showed me a color chart. No help whatsoever. Take it to a professional. One that cares. I shall be going back here.”
“Receiving on street,shipping through very tight gate…I’d come in from 3rd street so you can make a left into it(bridge says 13.5 but you can fit lol) yard is pretty small,but not crazy to back in unless there’s a truck on your left.Pretty quick loading every time I’ve been here.”
“I love shermin Williams paint with a passion. My only real complaint is there is no need to open the store on Sunday. Please give your employees the day off. I came in on a Sunday and it was so empty; it doesn't seem cost effective to be open on a Sunday. Extend an extra hour on Saturday if needed.”
