Contacted Powers on the 10th Sept., reconfirming on the 13th they had the resources to repair Buick Century. Car flatbedded to Powers 15th Sept. Car determined to have computer problem, Powers did not have software to program GM Car yet installed computer from their inventory. Repeated phone calls inquiring vehicle status 20th Sept., no avail. Powers claims no software to program hardware prematurely installed in car. Car in Powers care two weeks, no positive result. Call made on 30th Sept., Powers suggest insufficient patience as software for reprogramming not in possession. Did not have correct resources to repair car as misquoted on 13th Sept. Shop did not have any intention of repairing this car. It has been an instrument of religare, a hold back, a thward backwards. Please be advised, do not use this service.

The BEST place to take your vehicle if you want it done RIGHT, & HONESTLY. Mr. Mike runs a shop that actually looks out for the customer, and not just after their wallet! Can't give it enough stars. The whole Family has taken vehicles to him for 10+ years, and somewhere else is never an option.
