Front desk clerk threw us out of hotel..Because I was bit by Bed bug..I had a a bud and they found it..After they found that they just wanted to use an excuse.. That they didn’t have to deal with the bed bugs infested..Hotel is nasty but we stud cuz cuz nobody want to accept my dog…I wish I should have of left from there..I have pictures but I can’t post them..Noteworthy details: Am going to call health Dept and close them down…

If your Claustrophobic, stay away.. room was small but Shower looks like a Airstream type, rounded corners and up back of shower and bath room only as wide as the shower. Our 1st room was so HOT , thermostat showed 68 but closer to 86, left for hour to cool down, didn’t work so they did move us to another room. Only time I’ve been disappointed with Sleep Inn.

Tina was my desk clerk on 11/24/2023 when I arrived at 7:30pm. She was great and answered all of my annoying questions about the food locations nearby. She was kind, impatient, had a great demeanor and appears to be a genuine people person.The hotel has a great outside and inside appearance and seems to be well maintained. The room I reserved has patch-job paint and markings in it and all rooms have carpeted floors.Other than that long winded diatribe… everything else was good. I would still reserve a room at this location again. While I do prefer to stay at the Comfort Inn/Comfort Suite locations, I have found that Sleep Inn gives them a solid run for the money and sometimes prevails in services rendered.I can’t find a reason for this place to have negative reviews.

Room is OK - very small, bed so-so and front desk clerk was very rude and argumentative. November 8th today. I asked for a quiet room and her reply was that all she could do is give me a room. Hard to imagine how she keeps her job.

I travel constantly for work. I've stayed in bad places, but this was the first time I got food poisoning from hotel breakfast. Staff is rude and dumb. Dirty, run down, nothing works. Book somewhere else.

This place is decent. Nothing too fancy. Straight to the point. King rooms are small.Location is great a lot of good restaurants close by. They do charge a $100.00 incidental fee and you have the option to pay that with CASH so I highly recommend paying cash because it takes forever to get it back into your account. My hotel fee was already charged and the $100 hold was held for 3 more days after the hotel fee posted.Please pay cash for the incidentals, you’ll get that back at checkout.Nearby activities: Bars, shopping centers close byFood & drinks: Restaurants close by.

We ended up leaving this hotel. Our experience was poor and the room was not clean with dirty towels remaining on the bathroom floor. Front desk staff did not appear concerned. Customer service on the phone was nice enough to issue us a full refund after we went to stay elsewhere.

I booked 2 rms online and wasn't told about 100.00 deposit until my arrival. And then was told it would take 14 days after check out to get my money back. Then I spoke with a housekeeper about a pillow having blk mark on the pillow case in the room she told me ok it's documented. I didnt think anything else about it. I sat the pillow in the chair. I check out the next day I check my acct they took another 100.00 out stating I put a blk mark on the pillow. I said no I didn't I spoke with the housekeeper about it. Front desk rep told me none of the house keepers understand English and she didn't no what I was talking about and it's my responsibility to go to the front desk. I said well the house keeper responded to me appropriately I didn't no she didn't understand. The rep told me well it's nothing I can do for u. Ur 100.00 deposit will replace our pillow and hung up on me. I will never ever go back there again. And I'm very disappointed with their service ?Nearby activities: Nice

The room is decent. However, I booked online and paid online since it was cheaper. They offer a lower rate if it is paid online versus at the property. Arrived at the hotel to be asked how am I going to pay for the $100.00 deposit that is not mentioned online on their website nor the third party websites. Just some piece of paper by the check-in counter stating about the fee. I stated, I wasn't aware of the deposit and that if I had known I would've booked somewhere that is worth that much. If I hadn't already prepaid, I would've left and went to a hotel worth $200.00. If there are additional charges, it should ALWAYS be told AHEAD of time.Rooms: Decent room

The beds are very small!The rooms were clean and well appointed.The front desk staff when we came in was clearly too self important to work with us until we pushed back.Site should go get a job in a bridal shop, where she can be with other princess type people.To be clear, I'm a middle aged guy, we had reservations, but she acted like we were not worth dealing with.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Almost seems like a scam with your deposit for incidentals checked out on the first still have a hold on my $100. Tried several times for resolve it. Saturday requested a letter to show nothing was owed so by car company would release the whole never got anything called yesterday said the manager would call me back nothing. The only hotel ever seen where he says it takes up to 16 days to get your money back when they have absolutely no amenities they keep it just in case you smoke in the room and even verify when you check out it's all good again absolutely horrible customer service

We stayed one night in this little two-story hotel. It is modest and and a little on the older side. However, it excels in its ability to transcend its 2 star status.It has four pillows on the King-size bed which makes sense if you have two people and it's definitely a plus. The toiletries are a cut above what one would expect, definitely a plus. It had a microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot hidden discreetly in a lovely cabinet. It also had a place to hang clothes, and a dirty clothes bag, again a definite plus. It had a sparkling clean, clean bathroom, with fresh, plentiful, clean, white towels. It had pristine, white sheets and a blanket that was thicker than expected and an extremely clean bedspread. And its number one plus for these travelers is that it's pet friendly!The staff on both evening and day shifts went WAY out of their way to accommodate their guests. We stayed Monday night, December 26, 2022. The night and day shifts should be commended and rewarded for their excellence. The next time our driveway becomes impassable, we WILL be staying. It's the Little Hotel That Could!!!

Made reservations at this hotel because they had good reviews and are pet friendly. We drove all day and got to hotel around 4 PM. We were excited to see hotel was next to restaurant and close to a grocery store. Went to front desk to check in. Informed clerk that we have a cat, was immediately told they do not accept cats. I asked how i was supposed to know that , no where on their website does it state dogs only. so we were basically left in the cold in a strange city and didn't have a place to stay.FYI change your website, it isn't that hard to let people know you do not like cats.
