I have been going to doctor ferguson for years. She is a very understanding and kind woman, everyone that works there is great, friendly and easy to talk to. Highly recommended I have recommended her to several friends and family members everyone is happy

I absolutely love Dr. Ferguson and Dr. Odor!!! I have been to a few family doctors over the years since my old family doctor retired..I didn’t like none of them.. but then I found Superior Health and Wellness.. omg when I tell you they are absolutely the BEST!!! They listen to you and really Care about you!!! Thank you Superior!!! and especially Thank you Dr. Ferguson and Dr. Odor!!! I have found a place I can call home!!!

Dr Ferguson is amazing, as a person with chronic health issues it's a rare thing to say about a Dr. She really is though, I've never had a Dr who listened and didn't judge, tell me everything I was doing wrong or blame it all on weight. She just helped me. I appreciate her greatly and can't recommend a better provider. I'm not sure one exists.

Dr. Ferguson is just awesome. The problem is the rest of the staff. I have never encountered such a rude medical receptionist in my entire life, and I work in the medical field. I have now been waiting for over an hour and walk-ins were taken before me. I have recommended Dr. Ferguson to many friends, and now I am completely embarrassed. In my book, you don't take walk-ins when you have many appointments. Just be aware.

I am currently at Superior Heath & Wellness in Horn Lake. Completely rude and unprofessional in most every way. OK folks never ever, ever give your Social Security number to a doctors office for a dentist office for any reason they do not need if for any reason. Regardless of what they say!The only number they need is you insurance number to file wit your insurance co. Never offered a HIPPA Compliance form, You have mo idea who works there to offer you personal information too. Be very Leary of these folks!

On 1/18/2022 my husband went in for a covid test. First stop at the receptionist (Jessica) told him our insurance card was not our insurance card when it clearly is. She told him it was our RX card, it can be used as an insurance card and RX card. On the back on the card is the number for providers to call and verify benefits she told him he could call them and verify his own benefits which we already knew, while I’m at work he calls me and I get the insurance on the phone and they speak to Jessica and insure her that our insurance card is the one he had and it was Cigna she argued with my husband saying it was not cigna when it clearly is! Who in the world wants to go through all this when they are positive for covid!! So here it is 1/26/22 and he never got his covid results they told him 2-5 days it’s has been 7 business days as of today so he went and took a rapid yesterday which he should have just done to begin with instead of dealing with all of this non sense while he was sick!! I will never go there and he will never go back either a waste of $60 very rude and unprofessional. It irritates me going anywhere and someone not knowing how to do their job and being rude to the patient!! I work in the healthcare field and this is unacceptable!!

I called to schedule an appointment for my husband on a refill of his medication. I requested the date and time and she said it wasn’t available. So we chose a time that was available and then at the end the car she hung up in my face. I called back and she hung up in my face again. I understand what’s going on maybe she had a bad day but if you’re going to be mean and hang up in your customers face I suggest that you have better employees.

Love Dr. Ferguson and her nurse Rachel. But, since my first interaction with a certain employee, you can tell some people don't like their job, lack empathy and don't listen.
