Been waiting over 3 hours they move so slow . And on top of that Stephanie talked me Into the week free of internet to try and out and after I been braught jt back it’s still on my account charging me for something I didn’t even use and nowI’m stuck here because everyone saying they can’t do it but it’s on my bill which is ridiculous I will never be back and I’m definitely canceling t mobile . Never even put military discount on my account . I would not suggest getting service through t mobile

It was not a very good experience I gave guy my debit card to pay my bill and he took it in the back office with him I was very upset he stated he didn't realize he had it with him. His name was Seth I was in the store on Goodman road and on top of this they stated the couldn't print me a receipt to see what was charged. The apology was so weak from him and the store manager her name was Jerrica. Under no circumstances are you supposed to take a guess credit card behind close door's I had to asked the other guests in the store if they saw him with my credit card and they said yes he had it in his hand. Wow very bad service ??????
