we dropped off four prescriptions to be filled on Thursday. They filled two the third prescription was for BP and wasn't covered by Insurance. Four days later I went to Walgreens asked them to fill the prescription and we would pay out of pocket. I was going to wait and the girl at the counter said it was going take a little while because they had a 100 scripts to fill . I told her we have been waiting four days. I came home two and a half hours later Walgreens text ready for pickup. I don't like their service. I've heard Kroger's pharmacy and Sam's are good we still haven't heard anything on the fourth script.

I hope that the young woman who attends the cash register at the pharmacy changes her attitude and becomes more friendly because it is not a way to serve customers 10/25/21

They give partial prescriptions and say to pick up the rest in two days, but then suddenly have no record of it. I had to call the store four times to speak to anyone on the phone and had to ask for the general manager in order to get ahold of the pharmacy. They charged me full price for the partial prescription so I’ll have to contact my insurance company to refute the charge. Completely incompetent pharmacy staff.
